Very disappointed. There is a 25$ account closing fee. I asked if the fee could be waived due to hard times but was denied. A fee a close the account is absolutely ridiculous.

In Business on customer service is everything, especially when it comes to the banking industry. “Justin I.” Proclaimed to be the manager of this branch but exemplified less than subpar customer service not to just me but most customers while I was at this branch on 6/2/25. Am upstanding entity such as Regions surprised me having someone as such represent said company as a manager. Would not recommend this branch to an animal in the zoo. The way he talks to customers he must either be a millionaire or just had a bad day!

I went there after searching for days for someone who would help me get a check cashed and Q was very quick to help me look into getting it done and go through the process. I appreciate all her work and how comfortable she made the wait.

I was helped -when I walked in the young lady that ended up helping me was busy counting money there was another teller sitting there playing on her phone didn’t look up didn’t acknowledge me. I got what I needed, but customer service and attention to detail needs to be better.

These banks are horrible they have no services for the regular customers i was told i don’t qualified for a loan due too me not having a credit score of 620 or higher what about the fact that i been your customer for over five years why don’t that matter why can’t the bank help out the customers that need help regions bank is not for the customer that is struggling trying too get things together they discriminate

in and out of town in 3 states in different branches, all the same positive public service and communication skills. Following my home town in Sarasota Florida, to my son's home in columbia South Carolina, most recently the equally AWESOME service at the Morrow branch in Georgia, kept up the same professional tasks. Easy fast and professional service everywhere. Go beyond the scope of excellence!
