in and out of town in 3 states in different branches, all the same positive public service and communication skills. Following my home town in Sarasota Florida, to my son's home in columbia South Carolina, most recently the equally AWESOME service at the Morrow branch in Georgia, kept up the same professional tasks. Easy fast and professional service everywhere. Go beyond the scope of excellence!

I came to the branch, after work, to cash a large check and was told that it could not be cashed at the time due to the mgr being out for lunch. I left, called back& spoke to a different representative, and she stated that no one would be able to service me, if an override is needed, between the hours of 330-430 / 3-4. She said I’d need to go to a different branch. I’ve never heard of such a thing, especially not from a bank. This is extremely poor customer service and management.

No employee wants to work at this branch. I wanted to open an account, and when I told the banker that she was like our last appointment in at 11am and we were there few min before that still she didn't help us....she kept telling us to do it online so, she doesn't have to work....same thing happened when we wanted to open safety deposit box, she still told us can't do as it takes 45 minutes even when we have more than 55 minutes. Because of this branch employees i will never be wanted to be working with regions bank.

I sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. The car in front of me left within 5 minutes of me getting there. It took the teller 30 minutes to help one customer in the lane beside me. Another employee sat in the chair next to the teller just watching. This is my third bad experience with this location. I will never visit this location again.

I just opened my second account and absolutely loved my experience Elysia and shairka were my personal bankers and made this complete process super easy. Definitely would recommend this branch

Worse group of little witches to ever work there. They are horrible with a nasty attitude. The branch manager is a bully and so is her little back up witch. They are the absolute worse.

The manager here has the worst attitude! Even though all your hard earned money sits in this bank she will act as if you owe her something! talking to you how ever she wants. Someone might be frustrated but that gives her no reason as a bank manager to make someone feel less than! over it!

Made a deposit on the atm and the machine took my money cancel may transaction and did not deposit my money on my account
