The supervisor or whatever it was was very unprofessional act like she/he had a attitude. I had a online purchase when it was done she said you good instead of thank you for shopping with us come back ? I will never go back to that location Sally is starting to be a disappointment and that’s not cool.

Hello! It was always very nice to visit the store and see new products and ask for any questions! I went to buy a dye and I had doubts, I asked and a very rude woman just wanted to turn around to see me and answer what I asked. It felt The vibe was very ugly when entering the store, they didn't even respond to my greeting.

Visited this store earlier and will never return!!! The manager here is a horrible person, and should not have a job here, much less be a manager. Her customer service is at an all time low. She seemed to be the oldest in the store, and presented a bad example for the younger employee present. She must be replaced. Zero star if it was available.

I give this a one star because they are low in stock and not only that but there is a woman behind the counter - She’s a black older lady and she has an attitude problem. She asked me if I needed help and I told her no what I’m looking for is not in stock. I thought she didn’t hear me, because we were a distance away, And I thought she said huh so I repeated myself and she said “I heard you, I said OK” with an attitude in her voice. And there was no need for that because I thought she didn’t hear me the first time which is why I repeated myself very class like. And then she started to follow me in the store as if I was stealing when I was looking at the clippers. I felt uncomfortable in that store so I left. No one was in that store and I can see why. She drives customers away with her poor customer service and horrible attitude.

Terrible experience. I asked an employee with a bun and glasses question. She stared at me up and down and proceeded to respond, “any of the colors work”. Her attitude was horrible, I turned around and walked out. Now it makes sense why that place is always empty. I’ll take my money else where.

I ordered products online last night. This afternoon I look on my account and see that my order is still in processing status. So I go to the store and explain to the cashier (Elizabeth Cash)what happened. She looks at my phone and says she can't do anything if they haven't received it. So I check my email and it confirmed that my order was ready. I show it to her and she looked at me and said why didn't you say anything. As a customer service agent it is your job to ask for that info so misunderstandings don't happen. We have an arguing match and she refuses to give me my paid items. She picks up the phone as if she's about to call the authorities. At the end of the day, I've never received such horrible customer service from Sally's. She needs more training.

Almost costed me 200$ I bought a gold fox pro trimmer, and I asked about the return policy she told me just saved the receipt. When I went back there to return they told me no return on trimmer. So I had to exchange it for a different one. I’m gonna stick with Amazon from now on.

Went in 11/30 around 6:20 pm. The cashier who initially greeted me was very polite and professional. The Manager refused my return and BEGGED me not to return items because it would mess with her store's rating. Not my problem as the customer. She asked me if I would come back tomorrow, 12/1 or go to a different store. I said no.. I wanted to return the stuff. She then lied and said all they could give is a store credit. YOUR rating means nothing to a paying customer and that is NOT customer service.... customers don't care what reward system you operate on. The lady refused to give me her name which totally doesn't matter as I'm pretty sure her manager will know who she is. The nice rep I spoke to by phone was disgusted by this woman's actions and will forward it to the district manager for my area. Racially motivated?.. Absolutely seemed so. There are professional ways to handle things like this.. all she had to do was lie and say her system was down and I would have left none the wiser. If you hate your job, quit! I left with a smile and a have a nice day and a nice life :). At least my 11 yr old son got a nice example of how NOT to act from a complete stranger.

This is ridiculous and pathetic how you going to just post something like this on the door but not on the site they just need to close this location down it’s no point of it being open it ain’t doing nothing but taking up space !!!!!
