There is no point in doing curbside orders with time frames. I been outside for 30 min. Then I receive an email my order has been picked up and I'm still sitting outside waiting.

Lines can get long... Opt for cashier to ring you out. Lanes are more organized and move faster...update... They now have cameras at the exit that take pictures of your cart.. Amazing

It's pretty sad I have had a membership here for years but this place is going downhill fast this is not the first time but I had to post because we pay for a membership for what ? And I just read some reviews and they are not any better so I might not be renewing my membership and why other clubs are opening up around here and management doesn't seem to care

Very strange situation here today. The meat section is almost empty no seafood and a few random packs of meat and that's it. Whats going on Sams???

Went today to pickup my Curbside Online Order and it was pouring down raining. When I got home and looked at the roasted Chickens, they were burned and the Salad mix was already going bad!!! So frustrating!? I spoke with Customer Service who apologized and refunded my money. My hubby was not happy and I've had family tell me, I need to consider Shopping at Costco. I have been a SAM'S member for more than 18 years and I'm beginning to feel like the quality of their food has declined greatly! SOOOOOO SAD!☹
