I had to find a storage unit last minute after my move and found Secure Care Self Storage. The service was absolutely amazing. I especially want to thank the manager Alexis for all of her positive energy and help! She made a stressful scenario so much better with her “can-do” attitude. Alexis and cynthia are awesome! i promise i wasnt paid to say that lol. the units themselves need to be updated the ceilings look nasty and rusted and the doors are sooo heavy and hard to open, so i won't be renting here but thats not to say Alexis didn't try her hardest to convince me and accomadate me i guess im just not willing to stuggle with doors to get to my stuff, those doors are past W-D 40 being able to help them. But if you're willing to deal with whatever is on the ceiling falling on your stufff and struggling with doors then this is the place for you! like i said Cynthia and Alexis are really sweet young girls who brightened up my day, might have been the best part of that failed day of errands.

Alexis is great. Sweet personality and always willing to help me with my questions and multiple units. Even when she has to follow policies she complies professionally and empathetically. Definitely recommend this property just stay on top of your responsibilities, I've seen some grown characters try to throw Alexis for a loop and she handled them like a pro.

I’ve never had a bad experience with the new manager Alexis. I have very specific storage needs including a vehicle or two. Not only did she let me know what they had her location but she contacted another location to check to see what they had to offer. I was able to make a valid decision for my needs. Corporate policy limits what she can do and she is committed to abiding by corporate expectations. PEOPLE JUST BE UPSET WHEN THEY DONT GET THE ANSWER THEY WANT!

SECURE STORAGE IN MORROW ARE THIEVES, AND WHEN I CALLED THEM ON WHY I'M PAYING FOR SERVICES THEY AREN'T PREFORMING, THEY ASKE ME TO PAY TO VACATE. THEY ARE CHARGING EVERYONE A LOCK CUT FEE AND NOT CUTTING THE SECURE STORAGE LOCKS THEY PLACE ON YOUR UNIT, IF YOU DONT REPLACE YOUR OWN LOCK... KNOWING I LIVE OUT OF STATE, AND AFTER BRINGING UP THE ISSUE OF THE CHARGES, THE MANAGER TOLD ME I HAD TO PAY TO VACATE BECAUSE MY SPACE HAS BEEN IN LEAN AND UP FOR AUCTION MORE 3X'S.. THE MANAGER STATED IT'S JUST A CHARGE EVEN THOUGH THEY DONT DO IT. REFUSE TO REFUND THE CHARGES FOR NOT CUTTING THEIR LOCKS. AS LONG AS MY UNIT NEVER REACHES AUCTION DAY AND IS PAID IN FULL, BUSINESS SHOULD BE AS USUAL.. WHEN YOU QUESTION FEES THEN BE PREPARED TO HAVE TO COME FROM WHERE EVER YOU ARE TO MOVE YOUR THINGS. THE SAD PART IS I GAVE THEM A 5* IN NOV. 2023, MAYBE THEY WERE NICE BECAUSE THEY SAID HERE COME ANOTHER SUCKER WE CAN STEAL FROM..

The new manager is very rude and unprofessional. I was trying to ask her about rates as I had heard that there is a rate increase about every 60 days. Rude doesn't even start to describe her reply. Good thing for me there's a U-Haul right next door and that's where I went. This place is also very run down as well.
