Pulled the door handle at 7:47pm and it was locked. Store closes at 8pm. So sick of these lazy retail workers who are ready to go home before it’s time. The girl opened the door and told me they closed early. Was out all day trying to find a pair of shoes for graduation and those fools wouldn’t even give me 5 minutes.

I took my daughter inside to exchange some shoes and the store had shoes all over the floor as I took my daughter inside to exchange some shoes and the store had shoes all over the floor as my daughter tired on her shoes my daughter, we began to walk away. The lady tried to grab my daughter, yelling and screaming to tell her to clean up a mess that we didn’t even make.

Staff is nice, stylish hand bags!!However, it's been too warm in the store last few weeks. Adjust your thermostat based on temp!This makes it uncomfortable to shop. Then the carpet is old, worn and dirty. Time for new carpet Morrow!!The store doesn't smell fresh and clean. Please shampoo & buy some airfreshners.There is gum in certain areas of floor in back area of aisle leaving the purses ?...just look been there a while.Do better Morrow . ..Stonecrest is much neater and cleaner. Smell fresh too! NOT TOO HOT ON WARM DAYS.We Want to keep doing business in our area rather than take our $$ to another zip code.You all make the money since you dont refund. So put money back into the business corporate...We often hear other customers w same complaints each visit. You all must do better and create a nicer atmosphere.Thanks

I purchased three pair of boots that were cute and reasonably priced. One pair was on clearance no refunds. I literally went to my car and found out. I didn’t need the cream color and wanted to just exchange. Now the story changes when I walk back to the store I couldn’t Exchange. If I selected another pair of boots and only wanted to pay the difference, I couldn’t do that either.

We have been customers here for almost 10 years. This pair of shoes we bought couple of months ago and i saved it to wear to my daughters graduation , but when i wore them and walking to the graduation the decor on the sandals just came right off. And that was very disgusting. Today when we came to the store at pleasant hill rd from which we always buy from they were not willing to help us at all unfortunately we don’t have the receipt but they can’t deny that this is not their product. We didn’t even ask for a refund we just asked for an exchange but they totally turned it down. The worst customer service we experienced today. We don’t recommend anyone to buy from them. DONT SHOP HERE .THIS IS A .UNRELIABLE BUSINESS . DONT SHOP HERE THIS BUSINESS HAS CHANGE FOR THE WORST. CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP. This business close when it wants .DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY SHOPPING AT SHOE LANDOF MORROW . Look at the photos the EMPLOYEES can decide what time they close depending on how they feel. They don’t have set operation hours like a normal business. Little kids with horrible attitudes work here. The mangers they have over this store, don’t know how make the right decision for the store. They don’t abide by the closing time that is on the door that they set up. The kids that work there decide if they want to close the store early. I will never shop here again. Horrible experience with the little kids that work there. Unprofessional unreliable business now I’m stuck with cheap shoes. I just threw them away I will never support a unprofessional business.THE SHOES ARE LOW QUALITY AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE LOW QUALITY UNPROFESSIONAL KIDS THAT DONT KNOW GOD. THEY ACT LIKE LITTLE DEMONS. My experience wasnt pleasant with the little kids they put in charge of the store. They need a whole new staff and better quality shoes. SHOE LAND OF MORROW HAS LOW QUALITY SHOES AND LOW QUALITY EMPLOYEES. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME.

Smh if you’re anything over a 10 don’t even bother THEY NEVER have bigger sizes I think it should be apart of the advertising bc a lot of ppl waste their time coming here. And the customer service was Terrible she didn’t wanna ask neither of my questions made me feel like I was getting on her nerves ??♀️So I said nvm and left.. probably won’t be back
