The ladies here are nasty. I hate I even spent my money in this store. I wasn’t sure at first if I was overthinking it at first but it was confirmed when I placed my money in her hand she placed my change on the counter like literally counted it out on the counter and left it there. That is very disrespectful because I placed money in your hand. Last time I’ll ever step foot in this establishment.

I was greeted by workers. Female employee was extremely helpful with suggesting hair products. There's so many nice perfume reasonably priced. I had to dash out before spending more money. The prices will keep me coming for sure

Between the prices and great customer service, it seems like they’re reading these reviews and making positive changes.
The 2 men working were very kind. I didn’t see a woman as mentioned in the other reviews, maybe they got rid of her but the guy on the floor seemed to know his stuff and made good recommendations. He followed me around the store (to a reasonable degree) like every beauty store employee ever. The prices were not super low, they were to be expected but they added a discount at the register for me and the two other shoppers who came in.

I hate to give bad reviews. But I’m going to say it. The lady that I guess “runs” the store, was AWFUL. She followed me around the store, rolled her eyes, tried to take something out of my hands and snatched from us. She didn’t want to help, but if you are going to STARE and follow us, might as well work.
At one point I was asking about a wig, and had to bend over to see the colors, and I ASKED if I could see. When I bent down she jumped back as if I burned her and was like “no I don’t want touch. No close” and this is not to mock her but to show what she actually said. And in my head all I could think was “girl no one is trying to touch you, I was just trying to see the wig. Please be so for real” anyways. If you want to go to a SOGOOD, I’d suggest the one is Duluth because this one is not it. And until she’s gone, I’m not going back. (Not that they care. I just think they need to think about their demographic. You are in OUR city and want OUR money. There’s no way I’m spending my HARD EARNED MONEY, at a place where they do not like us)

The sale girl was pressing me to buy more wigs, then I came for, and the frustrated me. The wigs were poor quality, and I was disappointed ? I didn't even know what to do about this. I'm frustrated with the place I am never to place ever again

I came here to buy my daughter a prom dress. Shirley, in the dress department, was very helpful. Also, unlike some other stores we went to, the dressing rooms were available. They have dresses in different price ranges. We got a dress, purse and earrings for about $200. If you're shopping for prom, be sure to make this store one of your stops.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS STORE A NEGATIVE SCORE I WOULD! THE ASIAN WOMAN THAT WORKS IN THE FRONT (EMO WHICH IS WHAT SHE SAYS HER NAME IS WHICH I THINK SHE WAS LYING) HAS A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE AGAINST PEOPLE THAT LOOK LIKE ME! BROWN PEOPLE DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. APPARENTLY LOOKING AT THE GOOGLE REVIEWS IM NOT THE ONLY ONE. I WILL MAKE SURE I NOTIFY EVERYONE IN THE COMMUNITY ABOUT THE LACK OF RESPECT FOR PEOPLE WHO LOOK LIKE ME! I will post this on all social media platforms. To whomever runs this store this lady will make you go out of business for her lack of respect!

Love this store great deals, variety of hair beautiful accessories.. but the attitude of the women working there.. the Chinese or Vietnamese women.. sorry if I label you wrong is terrible. They want you to come second mommy buy they face is frowned they don't say hellonor good bye. It's a bad feeling

very trifling, I came in with the most respect, I was very polite but the Asian woman running the store was very rude and dismissive. Watched me as I walked through the store and rushed me to checkout cause “she had something to do” girl….. will never be back
