Cautionary taleWent in to get clarification on a offer I had just verbally agreed to but prior to signing I wanted to look at a phone. The person that greeted me was polite. When I explained the reason for my visit I was told I needed to go back to the on line staff to have them explain the agreement. Even though I pulled up the agreement she would not review it. When I asked about a particular phone I was told they did not carry phones that "price". ? The phone was on display right behind her. ?So I looked at several phones then left. As it turned out later as I was reviewing the agreement prior to signing and while scrolling through the agreement I magically signed without realizing it. T-Mobile sent confirmation of my signature and immediately in less than 5 minutes I called to say it was an error and was told the agreement was signed and the phone was on the way. So after some discussion I was told to just send the phone back. I had to negotiate a no regrets fee and sent the phone back.Caution: be careful when scrolling. You could unknowingly sign an agreement without being aware

Today I went in to verify my identity , the store wasn’t crowded , 3 agents were there, only agent that was free was “Tacori” who assisted me in getting my identity verified for a line of credit since I was unable to do it online for whatever reason. It was smooth experience only downside is that I have to wait 24hrs for a response after providing documentation of my identity I.E Social security card and ID to see what my options and down payment for what I want would be. Just thought I’d post this review since this was an actual experience I had today.

I called to inquire about the iPhone 15 Pro Max. In the end the manager hung up on me and it was intentionally. I did not raise my voice, I was not rude, and I did not disrespect him. The T-Mobile corporate stores and the T-Mobile corporate offices are not aligned with the information they are giving to customers.

Switched to T-Mobile yesterday at this location. Had a great customer experience. Mobile expert Zaynah was terrific. Very knowledgeable, efficient and curteous. The switch was completed in a short amount of time. Very impressive.

I had a great experience today. I had many questions and some back and forth with decision making but my salesperson Jeniree was awesome! She was knowledgeable and informative. She’s Spanish speaking so there were times she had to break away to help other customers but I never felt neglected. I felt like she still tended to my needs while making sure those customers’ needs were also handled timely. If you stop by, go see her!

Black people are so problematic when it comes to providing excellent customer service to one another . If you can’t be resourceful at your job with a smile , then find another one . The supervisor Kay B is a joke , very unprofessional and couldn’t tell you how to open a can if a can opener was given to her . How are you supervisor again ? Just plan rude, ghetto and condescending along with the other associates. Companies need to stop giving these leadership positions to people who lack soft skills but i digress …

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Kiona! Just let me say she was awesome she answered all my questions and helped fix things that customer care had done incorrectly. She was very friendly and amazing to work with.

Love this location. When my cell phone has a problem the issue is promptly resolved by Terrell. Never had a phone tech problem he could not solve. Wait times are sporadic and parking may be tight.

Went in asking about an IPhone 13 plus case. Representative was really rude. You work in customer service and sales. No need for sarcasm. Didn’t even ask me if I wanted to upgrade or anything. Wanted out the store as soon as I walked in. Clearly this person doesn’t know how to sell. Definitely was interested since I have the option to on my account. After that experience I’d rather do the upgrade online and purchase a case with it.

DakoryonI came into this location for a simple question. I was paired with THE BEST mobile expert hands down. Kory was very very informative about my plan, he informed me of the ways to improve my plan while saving money, he was not pushy but presented the whole picture and let me make the decision. Besides myself, my other kids benefited from this experience as well, they all have phones now!!This location has improved so much once it became Tmobile. I highly recommend 10/10 stars-Toyia (real customer)

Kory,Had a not so good experience with a phone rep. I went into the Mt Zion location and Kory gave me all the information I needed to make my experience as a customer better. Knowledgeable and honest.

The most horrible customer ever . Staff do not acknowledge you ,let you stand not greeting, and neither asking to help .Manager super rude "if you want to wait the wait is 35min or you can access on line"not professional at all. I do not recommend this store

Great service at this store. My T-Mobile expert, Zayna C. was very professional, through and answered all my questions. I am a former Sprint customer and new to T-Mobile, did not know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and would highly recommend going to this location.
