Can't find out where my state refund is. No one ever answers or return my calls or emails. Pontiac office is open one day a week, but they're never there. Can't get through. Nothing. It's pathetic!

This tax preparation place told me it would be one price to do my taxes, but after preparing them gave me another price that was more than twice that amount. Then after they filed them, they gave me paperwork showing that they actually charged me more than twice the increased amount they blindsided me with. And they hid that fact. Total scam! The price they show you they will deduct is a lie. Would never have known, if I didn't go over the paperwork afterward. They told me my return was less than they actually put on the paperwork. Everything about this place is shady. You should not trust them. Plus, they charge bogus fees. Seriously, do them yourself online or go somewhere reputable.

This pop up station in Birmingham Alabama was the worst experience I have ever had. They told me my check was coming on a Friday and as of today (2days later) I've yet to deceive it. I was given the run around. Will NEVER use this service again. I am not the only person that was waiting on a promise check and didn't get it. Going back to my old services. Never trying anything new again when it comes to my taxes.
