I’d stopped coming to this location because the staff was always rude. However, today when I went to pick up an order I had the pleasure of being serviced by India and Manager Brittany. I’d ordered over $300 in items to be shipped to the store, I came alone and I’m pregnant. They knew I wouldn’t be able to carry the box alone and assisted in a way that that store NEVER has before. I appreciate the courtesy and professionalism and will return just because of them. If you ladies read this, I am truly grateful!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at the Southlake Mall. I ordered some items online for in store pick up I get to the store and the manager Chanel rudely directs me to the back of the store, I get to the back only to be told my order isn’t ready for pick up so then I offer to help pick out my own items while doing this Chanel the “manager” calls me to the register to tell me “the associates beforehand didn’t pick your order and I need to close my registers so you can come back tomorrow to grab your items” I reply and say I need my items today bc my daughter has pictures tomorrow she replies “ok well you can take that up with security and proceeds to grab the phone! I was shocked imagine paying for something and being told that you and your child can take that up with security! I was highly upset I requested a refund and that wasn’t processed either, I tired reaching out to the District manager John Franklin days ago left a message with no reply/response. Highly unprofessional as a company as a whole this is a store for children and the most uncouth individuals are in charge. I will never shop here again! I would have given a 0 if available do better Children’s place!

CHILDREN'S PLACE WE NEED TO TALK.*Store especially entrance was well organized, unlike most comments here but further to the back where they had sections for clearances it got somewhat put of place but let's be real, it's impossible to keep everything organized when shoppers are actively seeking the best deal and limited staff to cover those key areas.* Although it wasn't peak hours, it was pretty busy with long lines reaching to the back of the store. They were clearly understaffed that day - only 1 cashier working while another was fulfilling pick-up orders.* Besides that, staff was great and they managed the rush extremely well despite having to do some long rewards process/pitch either every customer. it seems that's a mandatory thing. Those ladies definitely deserved a glass of wine to end the day.Overall, I give my experience a solid 6 I will be back.

I ordered online ten shirts that’s equal up to hundred dollars, that was a month ago and still haven’t received my shirts. So I’m guessing they employees steal and lie like they sent the order.

Terrible Costumer service. One of the Employees was very rude when I simply asked for a bag for my online order so I wouldn't have to carry a big box around the store. Didn't end up getting a bag had to go to another store to receive one. Unnecessary attitude. Also store is very crowded and messy.

My experience shopping here was amazing! Charles helped me out tremendously with what I needed. Even though he was very busy with other customers,He gave exceptional customer service!!!! Thanks Charles for amazing experience.I will definitely be coming back to shop here.

Definitely NOT a good place to order online for pick up. Soon as you receive confirmation that your order is ready for pickup their employees act as if they don’t have your order or can’t find your order…. This is the second time this has happened smh…

Not a good place to shop online. I ordered clothes on Saturday for pick up within a few hours never got order. U call the store they don’t answer! I called customer service it was useless. Next time I’ll spend my money with macys!!! Poor service on all levels

OMG! Looked like a bomb went off trying to sift through things to find. It's Christmas so that is understandable. It's Christmas week, one cashier. Beyond stupid. Just close the store already. Felt sorry for the staff. The Children's Place is more like The @#$%& Place.....

The store is usually overly crowded with merch and ppl so I decided to place an order online for my daughter for some winter attire mostly outerwear and pjs and boots which I've been a fan of since my oldest was born 22years ago! The day after I got the confirmation email I got an email saying my ordered had been cancelled and to contact CS. I called the rep explained there was an error with my address which was not the case based on what she had given me and what was on my order so she then stated she 'fixed' the problem and I had to go back and do the entire order over again. She did issue me an new coupon for the one I used but of course some items were not available by then. But as the cold weather is approaching I wanted and needed this specific outerwear. I placed the order again for the items they did still have only to have it canceled again the next day. Upon calling back the 2nd time the rep then told me it was a security issue? Never have I ever had any problems with any deliveries or security with my bank cards! Very frequent online shopper here! I'm calling BS and they have now lost a very devoted customer over decades! Something sketchy going on with their website would not recommend!
