The products are wonderful, trying to the the products delivered via their on line option is HORRIBLE!!!. I placed an order worth $86 and still have yet to receive my products. I've reported them to the BBB.

I placed an online order and I wasn’t notified if the order was ready for pick up. I decided to go up there and it was available for pick up. I assumed the person who filled my order paid attention so I didn’t check the bag . Soon as I got home to check my oils one of them was empty. My other experiences were great until this one.

Hello I hope whoever read this can understand that I’m not trying to make anyone fell bad or look bad but me and my husband feel in love with this place because we love the variety and quality this place provides… with that being said we came in and was excited to spend some hard work money on the great products at the oil bar!… unfortunately this was the worst experience we had there we came in to two young ladies very nice but not we’ll trained in the trade or professional due to they age we really didn’t judge the kids but OUR PRODUCT verryyyy disappointed first of all the body wash was nothing but oil the young lady added a little soap and a bunch of oil so the consistency was so watery me and my husband threw them away it was even creating soap suds it was basically water the oil we purchased I’m guessing the other friend with the young lady didn’t put the top on the oil correct so half of it spilled in the bag smh I’m honestly disappointed because the last time we came there was a grown lady there very professional I’m just bringing awareness because the more this happens the less people like me and my husband will not return if service like this is represented 60$! We spent….smh…

As a cool date night idea, I checked this out. My one and only issue was the greeting and seeing what assistance I needed. I literally had to ask them for help. Now, once I did get that help, the young lady knew her stuff about the products to be mixed and what was being sold. So 4 out of 5 is about right for a review.

my experience is just the opposite, customer service was ok but I don't smile the scent doesn't really have a smell as loud as they are in the store if that makes sense. but I plugged it up today and it hasn't lit up yet and that was 5 mins ago

oils are great but service is horrible. the staff is rude and would rather talk with friends and other staff that attend to customers. I will never go back to this location. they don't care whose next in line they are so distracted playing and having fun on phones and with personal visitors

I became aware of the oil bar from people at work last year. I have been purchasing from them every since, a little addicted I might add, lol. The scents are so spot on. My favorite combo is Pink Sugar and Baccarat. I have never been in the store but, I have called and each time the customer service is good. I love getting the Love is in the Air set as, it comes with body wash, roller ball, and shea butter. My skin is so silky smooth and the texture just all around feels and smells good. The quality of the products I have received has never failed me yet. Keep up the great quality of the products, I am a fan. Huge!

The Store smells nice , however , the service is lacking . I walked in , and wasn’t even greeted . The store representatives were not busy , they were sitting there on their phones . They looked me dead in my eyes and kept doing what they were doing . You lost a potential forever customer. I love supporting black owned businesses. Kindness never hurt anyone . Yes I did speak to them , and I genuinely have a friendly disposition.

Wasn’t greeted. Wasn’t asked if there was anything I was looking for Etc…Both of the ladies stayed on their phones the entire time. I even gave them a few minutes to acknowledge my friend and I…They didn’t. I’ll never shop here.

I went into The Oil Bar yesterday and the two young girls are unprofessional. The young lady with the braids was really rude! She had a problem getting up from Behind the counter and off of their phone. She had an attitude with checking me out and she didn’t add on my perks after giving her my customers reward points. Don’t go while the young girls are there because the experience will be horrible. But contact Mr. Ernie the owner and he will handle it!!
