“Great Smoke is by far my favorite hookah lounge to frequent. They’re a retail shop with booths, coffee, tea, and the BEST hookah in the city. Prices are great, the environment is amazing, and their events have always been top tier. The coffee and teas I’ve tried have been delicious (no more Starbucks!). I’ve come here to do work, chill, and party. During the day it’s very elegant and quiet, and at night it can turn up. Highly recommend.”

“Good answering service, thank you. Greetings. Since the answering machine limits my communication, I wanted to speak to a person because I want to buy something specific. I'm looking for where to buy Mr. Trampoline Tequila Flavored Hemp Wraps, and the brand is LION ROLLING CIRCUS. I tried them in Los Angeles, and I've asked at several tobacco shops here, but I can't find them. They're amazing! I'm traveling here and need a display. I'll call later or stop by the store. “I can’t say enough great things about this shop. Every time I come in, the customer service is top tier. Nick is very quiet, yet so humble and incredibly attentive to every customer that comes in. He takes the time to walk me through different flavors, makes thoughtful recommendations, and makes sure I leave with exactly what I need. He is also very knowledgeable about each product, which makes the experience even better. It is truly refreshing to see a young man carry himself with that level of respect and professionalism in this day and age.
On my most recent visit, I had the chance to meet his father Zach and it was clear where Nick gets it from. His father was just as welcoming, professional, and kind. That level of consistency in service really stands out.
