I came to this place multiple times, the prices are pricey than farmers market. I won’t complain because it’s a small store. I love the desserts here, I buy them most of the time. However, there’s something you should realize about their desserts. Every Monday, the food that are left back, are kept till they are sold. This is just an assumption. However, when I bought the Che Banh Lot (Pandan Jelly Dessert), I ate it as usual. It was quite delicious, nothing wrong, UNTIL.. I realized, the Pandan Jelly was a tad hard and chewy like you are chewing on rubber. They are supposed to be soft, and chewy like gummies. After a few hours, I experienced SEVERE stomach pain for the next couple hours. Medicine after medicine, it wouldn’t go away. I did not eat anything before nor after eating the Che Banh Lot, so there was no way for me to experience this horrendously severe stomach pain. THIS… Che Banh Lot has been probably been in the fridge for weeks or even months. I’m not too sure. Horrible experience with their Che. I would not buy it again, and I recommend you not buy their desserts as well. Other than that, this store isn’t too bad. I wouldn’t buy their desserts, that’s all. The employees seems really sweet, the lady and man cashier has great attitude, and both seems to be helpful.

I had brought a desserts from them couple time before, and those couple of times to time it will spoil and mold it. The guy that at the cash register I believe he’s the owner he had the most disgusting attitude ever.

The market in general is dirty and smelly, but now it has been cleaned up, before it was even worse than the vegetable stalls covered in thick dirt.
It is only suitable for stalls where herbs are grown by someone and delivered to the market for sale, fresh vegetables.
Plus, it's quite deserted, so it's very convenient to park your car, buy a few bunches of herbs and get out right away without having to wait.
On November 12, 22 I came to buy vegetables. Saw some duck eggs, the price was quite high at $2.25/1 egg.
I asked the female cashier who is also the market owner. How to choose eggs for small children, she answered "no"
When paying, she didn't reach for the packages, so she said "push closer"
To add, the prices here are very expensive, almost twice as high as Costco.

We used to come with my mom here when I was young and I have to say I am shocked how bad it looks inside there now it is super dirty and it smells horrible. I stopped by to get a vegetable but they didn’t have it and the people that work there are just staring at you and making you uncomfortable so save your time and money honestly.

I go here because it's close to where I live and it has freshly made goodies on weekends and a couple of stuff they have that's not at my favorite farmers market. Otherwise I would avoid this place because their stuff are overly priced and they don't labeled their price either, that's how they get you. I normally dont look at the cash register to check the price or look at my receipt when grocery shopping but my boyfriend did one time and told me. I bought 1 home made bake good, thinking it can't possibly be over $5, turned out it was over $10. Yes, I could've ask but I'm not bargain shopper so didn't think little thing like that could be so expensive, and it wasn't good, has no flavor or anything, i bought it out of curiosity. This happened to me twice on another purchased on a different day, bought veggies, thought they were selling it by the bundle, no it was by weight. So it was my fault, but yeah they don't label items with a price and who wants to keep asking the cashier how much is this, how much is that on every single item.

This Vietnamese grocery store has definitely seen better days. The vegetables were mostly past the expiration date. The meat section in the back is a mess. The frozen section, who knows how long those items have been lying in there. The isles are small and items are stacked in every nook and cranny. The snack items are definitely overpriced. The floors look like they have never been mopped. On the upside, if you're in a real pinch for Vietnamese spices or other ingredients, this is the place to go.
