I needed to rent a trailer, and I was inside for a full 40 minutes without anyone coming to help. The was 2 people in the office which I asked for help and the lady in there said someone will be there. No one came. Avoid this place like a plague.

This review is in regards to the entire U-Haul rental process not this location itself. Unfortunately the situation I had occurred at this location. I made a reservation for a Saturday morning at 0700. When I arrived to complete the check in process I was told that they would be calling my alternate contact for verification. Seeing how this information regarding this process was not mentioned on any correspondence I was not prepared that I needed to have someone on standby at 7am on a Saturday for a phone call. Had I known I would have been better prepared. I’ve been in the military for 13 years and have utilized U-Haul services for personal and business related purposes. I recommend that U-Haul post the full requirements on their website or ensure that the are emails sent out to so as not to inconvenience those using their services. I’ve had to wait on phone call with customer service manager Kimberly for over 37 minutes just for her not to be able to produce or provide any actual information regarding this requirement. This is also not against Kimberly, she tried to do her due diligence with assisting and reaching out to corporate. To no avail, neither her, myself nor the corporate counterpart she reached out to were been able to find anything in regards to this requirement. By far the absolute worse experience I’ve ever had. I Will not utilize U-Haul services again.

Hands-down, this is the best UHAUL location around. Make no mistake. go to this one. The people are nice and friendly professional and they seem to really care about whatever you’re trying to accomplish, and they did not pay me to say this.

Everything was great until I checked in with Levi. His assumption that everyone knows about the uhaul truck and usage was unacceptable. However the location, reservation process and convenience of extending the truck usage was well worth the distance. We passed up several closer options because of the reviews and this place did not disappoint.
