Received an email saying they tried to deliver my package at 5:30 am today! I have an extra-large mailbox and a covered porch. No one tried delivering a package here this morning! When I call the phone number, it says it’s not available! The tracking number says the US Post office has my package—not UPS Mail Innovations! Are these people scammers?!?!

They received my package from Texas jan,17th ..today is the 25th an they say its not delivered due to the weather but i see the trucks out in our area ,an we live 20 miles from the airport area, i believe the morons have lost my medical supplies

If I could give them a zero I would have!!! Thiefs!!! Warning do not use their services!!! When ordering online be sure their delivery service does not use this 3rd party delivery service.You will not be able to track your packages once they receive them!!! I never received my packages after it arrived at this facility nor could it be traced. Called at different times no one ever answered the phone.

My package was obviously lost/destroyed/stolen in the process of getting from UPS in Morrow, GA to its final destination. It was supposed to have been delivered between the dates of December 24-28, 2024. The tracking number updates every day to say it will be delivered the next by 9pm with no other explanation of why it’s being delayed. I truly understand the low scoring reviews!

It’s been over three weeks since expected delivery date and still haven’t received my package. It’s been sitting at this location the entire time. Filed a complaint with UPS and they shrugged their shoulders. I live about 75 miles from this facility. Terrible service!

My package was sitting here 10 days & it just so happens to deliver to me once I called the shipper to file a claim. This mail hub is literally 20 miles from me so I dont understand why it took so long for me to receive it.

there is a theft ring out of this shipping point… especially companies using a service called Mail innovations via UPS. the employees that work here are jacking the packages knowing that the customer is just gonna get a refund from the company they ordered. The employees don’t care because they know they’re not going to get in trouble. Last I checked theft was a felony. I hope they get investigated and to the bottom of this.

BAIT & SWITCH SCHEME - NOT UPS. You buy something from Seeetwater Music that says UPS which usually takes 2-3 days, and instead UPS hands it down to sub-standard Mail Innovations which has horrible tracking and is slow as molasses. Took 7 full days to receive an item that is usually 2-3 days and the item was time sensitive. TWO THUMBS DOWN. I may never purchase from Sweetwater Music again all because of the Bait and Switch where shipping was represented as UPS (even the UPS Logo) and instead was tricked with substandard and inferior Mail Innovations.

Most delivery drivers give the Morrow, GA location a good rating only because they unload their trucks really fast. The employees are only unloading fast so they can steal the packages at this warehouse. A lot of the drivers don't have any knowledge that this is going on. They only feel like the warehouse employees saved them time so they won't have to be docked a long time. Some drivers do know this is going on and turn a blind eye. UPS needs to clean house at this place and start over.

You will more than likely find Waldo, Carmen San Diego and Jimmy Hoffa before you ever get your mail from UPS Mail Innovations in Morrow, GA. This is the second time they received my package and again it has mysteriously disappeared. The employees are obviously stealing left and right. I emplore all not to use this service. A carrier pigeon will deliver your mail faster.
