Took a laptop there that I didn't label but it got lost. Ups won't let me file a claim online and they said they didn't have it. It was a chrome book :(

It says they are open on Sundays on the door and online. They in fact are not open and it is 1:00pm on Sunday. Hours need to updated.

I think an opportunity for growth is definitely needed at this location. The atmosphere is very unwelcoming and the woman was very clipped in her tone. As soon as we walked in she said, “I’m busy. Use the kiosk for returns.” When mentioned we didn’t have returns we were met with silence and had to wait in silence for 7 minutes. This experience would be a 1, but once she gave us the time of day she was quick and helpful.

Very unprofessional! No one greeted us upon arrival or departure. No how can I help No how are you. The don't even have any self service Amazon return bags. So I had to scan everything then wait in line.

This location supposedly opens at 830AM on a Tuesday. Well it’s Tuesday 8:45 AM and the doors are locked. Who overslept!???

Not even 1 star
I just left the store 2045 mount Zion RD morrow GA 30260 and the female who works there was treated the customers in very bad behavior.
Please the general administration teach people how to deal with the customers before hiring them.

No good customer service. Don’t even greet you when you walk in. Had me standing in line without acknowledging me or even saying I’ll be right with you, just pure silence. End up going to the self service machine.

The tall male associate is SO rude every time I come here. He has a very nasty attitude and is very combative. I never leave reviews but something has to be done because I see numerous complaints about the same guy and yet nothing has been done.

Horrible. This location is Horrible, bad customer service, owner and staff won't answer phone. It just keeps ringing and ringing. I've emailed 2 weeks ago to the owner about an issue because when I call no answer, I've been up the 3 times about the issue. Still haven't fixed my issue.

Piss poor customer service. The women are rude when I come and very short. The lady who completed my transaction today, 5/8/2025 (dark skin, acne, accent, nappy crochet hairstyle) didn't even part her lips to tell me the total. It's like they hate working at this establishment or working with the general public. Such a shame. I go here because it's convenient, but I'll definitely start going back to the USPS. I don't care how efficient this place supposedly is. Most people like being treated and talked to like humans. The employees here lack common decency.
