Gentleman took care of everyone but the inappropriate loud music with some awful language made this place of business and ups look very bad. It was hard to be there on line.

Very pleasant staff. 9 out of 10 people experience a great service but never say anything, it is that 1 person out of 10 who writes a NEGATIVE review. Where are the happy folks?

I don't know who hired this tall lady with glasses, but she was RUDE AF and acting like we was bothering her by asking her to do her job and asking her questions if dont want to dealwith the public find another job. The other problem is you have to insert your credit card to unlock the computer to print something, and they will put a $20 hold on your card for a .40 copy for 3 days

The tall, dark skin young man at this location gave me the rudest experience I’ve ever had. There was an elderly woman in line of head of me, conducting her business as loud profanity music that was stating something about oral sex was playing in the store. The elderly lady said oh my God am I the only one who is hearing this but the young man ignored the elderly lady, and continue to conduct business. I stepped in and asked the young man to change the music. He got very upset with me and indirectly, says a derogatory statement out loud to a coworker who changed the station. He then turns on some children music and comes back over to the counter and says in the rudest, sarcastic way “I hope that’s more appropriate for you”. I understand, listening to music while you work as I have done it several times myself but as a place of business, it should be respectful. This young man went above and beyond to be disrespectful, and to prove that he did not care about the customers as he laughed at me when I mentioned speaking to a manager.

Terrible customer service. Instead handling the customer first, she decide she will finish putting packages up and organizing the store. Attitude is ridiculously nasty.

I am currently waiting for the store to open at 9:00 a.m. on a Tuesday morning. I and about six other customers so far have all walked up to the door and attempted to open it, but it's locked. I called and got no answer, so much for doing a simple, prelable drop-off. Easy, right!? It's not 9:31 a.m.

I went into the store and was greeted by a woman saying “Amazon returns, go to the kiosk” without even a hello. The kiosk was being used by a customer who had obviously never used it before and was trying to figure it out. Another customer walked in as I was waiting and asked the person working what they were supposed to do and instead of answering her question, the person working yelled at the customer at the kiosk “ma’am all these people are waiting for you. How much longer are you going to be?” The customer at the kiosk shared that she was overwhelmed because her mother had recently passed and was very offended by the person working trying to rush her. When I got to the kiosk, instead of asking to help me, the worker asked me “do you have all your labels“. There was a total of about nine people waiting by the time I was finished with my transaction at the kiosk. The person working never asked any of the customers if they need any help.. She just kept confirming that everyone was doing Amazon returns and made them wait with no direction. There’s no point of having a kiosk doesn’t make the transactions any faster. The employee could’ve been processing returns while I was doing my transaction at the kiosk. The employee was a black lady with glasses and blue contacts

lol dude below me idk what happened but whenever you have to pay, it’s cuz it says customer packed. when you scan a QR code, we provide the bag. When we scan a QR code that says CUSTOMER PACKED, then YOU provide the bag or box or you have to pay in store. don’t be one starring our store without knowing what you talking about lmao

Worst UPS store experience ever. Customer Service was nonexistent. I made the decision to walk out before mailing my packages. If I could post zero or negative star review I would to save someone else from having a terrible experience at this location.

So I came here today at 4:16 p.m. a tall slender black man with a red long sleeve shirt.was the rudest person I've ever experienced wow doing business here . He was very unwelcoming and very rude with his tone and made It obvious that he was bothered by answering questions I asked him do I need to have a box he shrugged his shoulders and walked away and told me to use the computer I asked him wA second question which resulted in him mumbling" I don't care about this job this is just money. So I replied there's expectation of service for customers So I asked him why don't he resign and let someone who's friendlier work here in his spot and he told me I don't care and he told me to have a nice day so I walked out didn't even complete my transaction because I was so disgusted by his demeanor I didn't feel comfortable in the store he is not a good representation of the UPS brand and a person like this should not be working in this environment he has no customer service skills and don't care.
