If there was an option for zero stars this business and the lady inside the office named TraMy would get no stars.
I went in to get information about the vehicles and I was treated extremely poorly, ignored after I asked a few questions regarding mileage, how many owners, were the vehicles purchased in or out of state.
This lady walked off from me, jumped on the telephone and the computer, disregarded me as I stood there in disbelief that she acted so unprofessional, rude and with a nasty demeanor towards me. After a few minutes looked up from the phone and asked did I have anymore questions and I replied yes I wasn't done speaking with you about the cars, I was still in disbelief about her behavior and I asked her for her name and was she the owner. She just looked at me for a few seconds and said her card is there and she wasn't the owner. I asked her when will the owner be around and she said the owner isn't here and I asked the same question again of when will the owner be around, she continued being rude and having nasty, rude snappy remarks. I told her she has a very unprofessional attitude and she can't get mad because I'm asking questions so I won't purchase a lemon. The couple of questions I asked her were respectful questions that buyers are supposed to ask before trying to jump into a vehicle that is unfamiliar and especially when the establishments representative blows off someone of a biracial background.

Best car buying experience ever. First let me just say that I have window shopped here for about two years. Just recently I needed a van for more room. Called made appointment to look at van they had out front. Was given the carfax as well as the owner doing a fresh oil change and showing me all the features of the vehicle. Even as I window shopped for two years they have always been upfront honest and consistent about business. I am very pleased with my purchase

I must be 100% honest about the people at this dealership. They are great they are very family-oriented the vehicles on top rated I couldn't ask for a better experience with purchasing a vehicle. It was a very relaxing environment they communicate very well with what they have and what they're offering, and the best part of all don't walk away feeling like you was tricked out of your money I would recommend anyone go there the purse is a vehicle choice 100%
