I never really cared for this store but they remodeled and added more self check out which was great because check out would be faster. But curbside here sucks! 27 unavailable items on top of the fact that I was missing 9 items from the actual order that were available but was not placed in my car. It's ok because I learned my lesson here $200 worth of food not received made me wonder what's really going on here

They have very good employees and good customer service... I just wish they had longer hours in the pharmacy area.

I really enjoy when I go in there very comfortable atmosphere and really good prices. Convenient and close to home. They have a beautiful garden center. Staff and coach does an excellent job at keeping it clean watered. Great customer service everytime I visit. Self checkout is a very busy most of the times. I miss all those cashier's. I prefer to go early before the midday crowds on the weekends. Don't forget Walmart has online deals, if you can't find it in the store then you can go to different locations, plus they has free shipping too. Walmart has everything you need. Groceries, furniture, sporting goods, auto needs, clothing for the whole family, pharmacy, jewelry, household goods, plants, seeds, gardening supplies, pottery, candles, pots, pans, glassware, pets supplies, makeup, bathing supplies, sewing supplies, etc. If you use it Walmart probably has it, and a variety of it. The only draw back at this locations is less stock/options compare to other locations. Good thing is that they have a McDonalds and hair salon inside the store. I definitely recommend shopping here.

do not order anything from walmart due to there system being my was package was never delivered please beware The usps said Latest Update Your item was delivered to a neighbor as requested at 7:23 pm on August 20, 2023 in ELLENWOOD, GA 30294. i didn't said this at all so beware and order from walmart

This Wal-Mart has the best pharmacy staff, Michael, Kendall, Ms. Judith. If I could remember everyone name, I would name them. The entire staff is magnificent. My forever pharmacy. Thank you for being generous and kind. Always a pleasant experience.

Nobody like it here. The McDonald’s always came through for me I’ve almost never been disappointed but this place is a little dilapidated and unkempt.

WHY?! "A customer host: an associate who greets customers, but also checks receipts where APPROPRIATE, assists with returns and helps keep entrances clean and safe..." so does a box of trash bags ($15) warrant appropriate receipt check? Is refusing exit without receipt appropriate? Is said customer host allowed to put their hands on a customer to prevent them from leaving with trash bags? I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO RUDELY FORCED- to walk back across the store with a toddler in tow to get a f'n receipt TO WHAT- prove I purchased a $15 box- she never even checked it for more than a seconds glance... while at customer service my husband was exchanging several propane tanks worth five times that with said receipt... Even after this was told to your customer host she refused exit. WHAT EXACTLY IS YOUR POLICY FOR CUSTOMER HOSTS TO KEEP A SAFE AND APPROPRIATE RECEIPT CHECK EXIT STRATEGY???? Some people have bad days, some people just have to do their job but, at what point is an employee of Walmart stepping over the line in 'said duties'. This is appalling procedures, disgusting, negativity/ behavior and I'll never visit this Walmart again. I'll stick to my local stores where appropriate is a 50+ tv or $200+ furniture item. This has left a very sour, unforgettable and nasty experience in my memory. Shame on you "customer host", shame!

Horrible customer service!!! I was charged for medicine that was covered by my insurance. People make mistakes ok , it’s frustrating but when I get to the store to make you aware of the mistakes you made don’t have an attitude with me !! All the employees look like they just rolled out of bed , and they all had an attitude!!!! Very frustrating!!!!!! Won’t be using this pharmacy again !!!

This location need a few things to happen... new district management, new local management or to simply be shut down and replaced. The workers are rude, this location never has what is needed, the lines are always long.... If it isn't one thing, it's something else. Most people come here because of its location and lack of options. Try not to shop here if you can.
