Banker Joshua was not helpful, explained all the things he COULD NOT DO and gave no options as to what he COULD do…….. spent almost an hour calling a department that explained only the banker could help which routed me back to, you guessed it, Joshua. If you’re attempting to get something accomplished I’d advise visiting another bank because this one will waste your time :)

I’m a loyal Wells Fargo customer and live downtown Minneapolis. My debit card info was stolen and $2,000 was withdrawn from my checking account at this address. Reading up on this place I don’t know why Wells Fargo doesn’t close it?

It's sad that if I could give this bank negative stars I would me and my daughter walked into this branch at 1130 sat there for about 10 minutes before we were even greeted and then we were finally greeted and asked what we were there for which was to open a savings account for my daughter because she already has a checking account they tell us they close in 30mminutes so they can't do it because it takes about 30 minutes I let the banker know she already holds a checking account with wells Fargo and she still wasn't trying to open the account because her words were each of us already have c customers this is my second time coming into a wells Fargo branch and not getting serviced just sad

no stars if it was possible, the bank was 30 minutes from closing, the lady opened the door for a guest who knocked on the door, right in front my brother then she told him he couldn’t come in. that’s discrimination.

one of you team members has her priorities off ??♀️ because I was the only Customer waiting, I needed one paper notarized and she couldn’t do it at that time but she got on the phone that did not sound like a business call to me ??♀️ so I left!
