This branch when you go inside is horrible they always say they can’t help you without an appointment. Even when you have an appointment they find a reason to not be able help you and will ask you to come back. They have no consideration for your time

Was trying to open a personal checking account online (which I rec'vd a promo offer for when i logged into my TWO Wells Fargo credit cards account) & b/c I forgot to unlock my credit report I received a msg stating It must be done inside a branch with my ID. Went to a branch (Saturday morning 9:10am) & female told me she is by herself & only seeing appts only. I said cool so can u at least look at my ID & release the application so i can go back & do it myself online, no she said she cant do that & for me to call cust svc. I called cust svc they said unable to do anything & for me to go to a branch or make an appt. The next available was sometime in January. Rep just went silent on the phone & never came back.. i waited 20 mins & eventually had to hang up. THIS REAL LIFE?? OMG . It doesn't look like Wells Fargo wants new business. This is absurd. I have been trying to open an account for the past 3 weeks. I've called to make an appt and been to the bank. I can't cash my paycheck from the drive thru. They said have to come inside to do that. What locations can I go to. I'm tired of driving around Jonesboro trying to find a open lobby. Do you not want new customers.

If I could give them a 0 I would. Horrible customer service the young woman came up to me with a horrible attitude and pretty much told me that I would have to wait til whenever to be serviced by a banker just to update my telephone number. Only choose them due to me receiving a new job and needed a debit card for direct deposit. They loss me as a member before and have already loss me again. Horrible.

A big conglomerate commercial bank that has no interest in your success....across the board from the terrible expensive and high fees they charge to you For EVERYTHInG to how they give absolutely 0 (ZERO) customer service! Don't even waste your time !!! Do yourself a favor and go sign up for accounts iat a credit Union! You'll thank me

This is the worst bank ever. The drive through takes a minimum of 20 minutes up to better of an hour.Slowest tellers I have ever seen. Go to a different bank if you are able or bring a lunch for your car.Ladies always find something wrong with your deposit or addition when there is nothing wrong.Go to another bank.........

I've banked with Wells Fargo for over 5 years and have never had such a bad experience like the one I had at this location. I went on two separate occasions two set up a business account since I have personal accounts with WF. The first occasion they had me wait 30 minutes even though I had an appointment just so they could tell me that I needed my partners to be present. On the second experience they had us sit and wait for about 20 minutes since they claim our appointment never went through. After waiting the Manager LaTosha Murphy showed no willingness to help me create an account. She seemed upset at the fact we were even present giving her work to do. I've now switched to a credit union and created my business account elsewhere. My accounts at Wells Fargo will soon be terminated and its all due to the lack of hiring good management/employees. Poor management leads to poor performance, you need to get rid of her or change her attitude towards customers. I will also make sure that everyone I know who banks with Wells Fargo knows the truth. That they see no interest in them if its not in their benefit. GO TO A CREDIT UNION OR SMALL LOCAL BANK!
