I recently purchased four new tires for our heavily used family Honda CR-V. The pricing was noticeably better than any major chain I checked, which is exactly what keeps a business like this thriving. The facility was clean, and there were plenty of staff on hand. I only waited about 15 minutes in line before being helped.
The one issue I experienced was that a rookie technician failed to reset the TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) sensors. I had to turn around after driving just three miles and return to the store to get it corrected. Additionally, I was never offered wiper blade replacement, even though they carry them and the service is available. It seems the technicians may not be fully familiar with all the add-on services or pricing, or they simply aren’t proactive about offering them.
Pro tip: Book your appointment online ahead of time to skip the walk-in wait. Also plan on spending 2–3 hours for the entire visit to keep things stress-free.
Overall, I’d still recommend this location for tires thanks to the competitive prices and solid service.”

I spent 340.00 for it and it went flat. Then they said its my rim it's cracked. I had them put my old tire back on and my nephew referred me to Advanced Wheel Specialist. I called , took my car in and they were so nice and professional. They fixed the rim and tire for under 300.00 and explained that I didnt need a new tire. Its hard being a woman and getting repairs. When I got in, they took care of me. Look is deceiving. Believe me, they have have a warehouse full of tires. A gentleman took me all the way to inside where they have all hard to find tires.”

“I had a slow leak in my tire, and was referred to Patrick by Big Mike. The first tire he sold me was loosing air too by the next morning so I called him and he told me to bring back the tire for a swap. He showed me that the reason for my leak on both tires was a bent rim. He fixed the issue, swapped out the tires, and even helped me fix the knocking sound under my hood(which was low oil) at no extra cost!!! I will definitely be back again.”
