Refused AAA Call..22 SEPT 2019
A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TOW COMPANY.
AAA sent S&D who came from Lenox GA they got the truck started for us didn't need a tow took 5 mins. We drove it to the shop ourselves.
Call someone else if you need a tow truck..he can't be bothered to come less than 5 miles to help a AAA customer on a pretty sunny day.... #FactsMatter

Don't bother with this guy. He Refused to come for a AAA CALL....wouldnt show up AAA called he was 2.7 miles away and wouldn't come on a Sunday morning with perfect weather. Said dirt road I was on was muddy WE ARE IN A DROUGHT no rain in month no mud on road he Refused the AAA call. Unreliable and was literally 2.7 miles away

I was stranded in a deep mud hole in the middle of the night and Tim was the only one to come and get me in his HUGE MONSTER TRUCK WRECKER. Super nice customer service that went above and beyond anything you could ever expect. Very highly recommended, super careful, and very quick! Thanks for the hook up!!!
