Mail hasn't ran in 3 days. It's been 9 days and my package srull isn't here. Mailed from north Georgia to south Georgia. Its been sent back to Florida 3 times. What is going on USPS?

Constantly having issues with getting mail. I've had mail opened, not delivered, take more than 7 days from shipping only 3 hrs away, mail go to morven then Nashville then back to Jacksonville then back to morven, I've received other people's mail the list/complaints go on. Unreliable and professional. Get it together USPS!
