The current apartment manager was very friendly and knowledgeable during the application process. She was very easy to talk to and very professional.

My daughter has lived here for over 5 yrs., she has a noisy neighbor which Management does nothing about, because the tenant pays her rent. The main office is in Valdosta GA, so if you want to complain you have to go there. Nice people but not helpful AT ALL. Emergency numbers are a joke, they won't answer your calls. They don't paint, or repair anything correctly, they do have a Severe Roach Infestation, but people need a place to live. My advice is Don't Move Here. The on-site Management was better 5 yrs ago. The Managers now are so disrespectful, and have no idea how to run this property.

Every time I went there to get an application no one was there and I called all 3 times I guess they got enough tenants.

Not a good place to live and rent from.They never spray your apartment. They have a extreme roach problem. I seen 1 rat in my apartment. There are cracks, refrigerator have wear and tear, kitchen tile floor is peeled, ceiling fans don’t work. This was like this when I moved in. Landlord kept saying she would fix the issue but have not! The landlord recently quit and all of a sudden residents receive letters in their door stating we owe late fees!!!! Where does late fees come from all of a sudden the landlord up and left and we have 3 days to pay. Seems to me the landlord been taking money or not being honest . Ashton crossing is not a Comfortable living area. You pay all this money for nothing!

Hard to keep management there when I stayed there. A lot of wrong stuff was going on. Don’t know if they done got better or not. The apartment ain’t worth the prices they asking for. If the upkeep was done properly then problem yeah. I wouldn’t move back to them cause of the condition of my apartment I received.

Apartment manager made me wait 3 months without letting me put the down payment down on the apartment saying there needed to be work done that there was black mold in the apartment. This still has yet to be fixed there is a black mold problem with these apartments and I was informed I now wouldn't be able to move in even though I had a lease agreement because I was a college student. Don't waste your time here like I did find a better place
