When we arrived they recommended a nice spot to get a cup of coffee and walk the animals. Easy walk from the shop. They were done by the time we walked back and the price was extremely reasonable. “Patched my tire as soon as I walked in. Pleasant staff, and prioritize helping you over trying to sell you their product. Asked about a replacement tire with rim. Instead of trying to get me to order brand new they suggest going to a local junk yard, and finding a rim for maybe $50 then come see them for the tire! They have a lifetime customer in me. Simple interaction, but it made all the difference.”
“Hit a deer in my suburban and front passenger side got torn up. Luckily no frame damage and through my insurance went to robert Hudson. I'm incredibly impressed, took a month to repair but the damage was pretty cosmetically horrible and they did a fantastic job! Everyone inside from the phone to front desk to shop were friendly, helpful, and patient especially with my million questions. After getting my suburban back I couldn't believe it looked like it did before the deer. “Trev with sales at Robert Hudson in Moultrie is exceptional. And that's an understatement. He went above and beyond my expectations (they were low from Tallahassee Ford experiences) but he was the complete opposite of what I've received in the past from a dealership. All the other dealerships around my surrounding area didn't have "availability" until a month and a half away with a concern of vehicle safety.
