I wish I could put 0 stars. Highly disappointed, I ordered a canvas for Father’s Day & expected it be done by the pickup time. I show up to pick up my order & the cashier up front says “the order is done but it’s not here, could someone else have picked it up” he proceeds to call his manager & she looks at the order chuckles saying “I forgot to start on it, could you come back an hr”. I said that’s fine since it’s a gift for Father’s Day but nothing of that was fine. I ordered ahead for it could be done on a timely manner, won’t order through this cvs again.

So freaking rude!!! They hang up on you while you're speaking to them and when you try to get a word in they speak over you ... Overall they need NEW staff people who actually want to work and take time to LISTEN to the customer POINT BLANK !!! NO STARS WOULD BE GIVEN !! RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE ...

The guy that has been the cashier the past 2 times I have visited this store is a phenomenal worker and person. He was the only one working the front of the store but even though he was nonstop busy everyone including myself recieved excellent customer service. He was super helpful with making my return and did a great job on putting together my photo panels. This store is nice and organized. I love using my coupons and extrabucks that I recieve using my extracare card. I have saved so much money using it.

Don't really come here unless seriously have to. No stars will be the perfect score. An overhaul on new employees is desperately needed. Too many employees standing around having social hour not doing. Line backed up with customers waiting on one cashier working. One female employee thumbing through her cell phone. Telling people the registar doesn't work. Well she don't either. Isles unclear with items that should go on the shelves. Just sorry staff who needs to clock out and go home if you don't want to work.

If I could give less than one star then I definitely would. The CVS in Moultrie gives the company such a bad reputation. My prescriptions are never filled when they're scheduled to and most of the time when I ask them to fill it it takes more than an hour. When I sit inside to wait most of the employees are just standing around doing nothing. Sometimes I try to call in advance to make sure my prescription is ready but they never answer the phone. I've been on hold for more than an hour before with CVS. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS PHARMACY TO ANYONE
