I love my drivers ,but the one who answers the phone always have a nasty attitude,she not friendly and when you say thank you she does not know how to say your welcome , she is not professional,but the company have the most wonderful and respectful drivers i love them all

First of all that dispatcher Shannon or whatever her name have no work ethic at all. When you call up there she sound sorry. Had a scheduled appointment today and called after my appointment to be picked up (2:58 ) to let her know I was ready to be picked up. The only thing she had to say was last name and okay. Waited outside and called back at 3:43 to let he know that I would be sitting inside waiting for someone to come pick me up. The only thing she gone say was last name and okay. Just so happen at 3:50 the driver was coming and not because the dispatcher told her but just checking up on me to see had I been picked up. I want to thank that driver for going above and beyond knowing that customers do matter and as it goes for Shannon she need to drop the sorry attitude and do her job. I never been so disappointed with any kind of transportation service like I been today. I knew that one of the drivers couldn’t been notified to pick me back up. Thanks for the driver who came without been notified and doing it out the kindness of her heart and checking to see have I been picked up or not. Just ain’t no kind of excuse for anybody to sound as sorry as Shannon. Don’t even have the common courtesy to call and let the rider know that transportation is on the way or anything. Destiny do better and re-evaluate your workers cause some of them need to be removed.
