A pre-employment finger printing appointment was set over a week in advance. Arrived for the appointment to find out the machine was down. The worker behind the desk did not seem very phased by the machine being down nor was there an effort to get it fixed. We drove an hour to get to this appointment and there was zero notification of the machine being down. I can’t speak for the tax services but if you are set to get finger prints here, be very cautious and call ahead.
