Walgreens is really not good for drop off for Fedex because they limit the type of pckgs you can leave there which makes no sense knowing they don't have to lift the packages having to go to a dollar tree that allows it no matter what and they have less space than Walgreens I do not recommend going there to ship anything

This FedEx on-site is in a Walgreens store. I have used this facility several times to send packages. Every time using their photo center to print off the mailing label that was emailed to me. Typically, the whole transaction would take 5 or 10 minutes. Not the last time. When I told the clerk what I needed to do I was informed I could not print the label and when I told her I had done that in the past she basically called me a liar and told me I had to have a upc code to scan. I told her what I was sent and asked to speak with her supervisor. She corrected the clerk,telling her I was correct about printing the label. I was able to continue with my business while listening to nasty remarks about how difficult some customers can be and how they don't follow proper procedures. My normally 10 minute transaction turned into almost an hour. If I have to use FedEx again, it will be a different location. I was informed that technically FedEx isn't part of Walgreens. I guess that means if your business isn't with Walgreens don't expect good customer service.
