Had an awesome experience this morning, staff was absolutely fantastic. I forgot my glasses and was completely lost, a young lady immediately seen me looking confused and helped me immediately, then I needed specific jacks and she was able to get everything I needed for me. Every team member was very attentive in helping me. I love shopping at Harbor Freight in Moultrie and that team is always fantastic! Thanks again

A defining visit to Harbor Freight in Moultrie Georgia...
We went in looking for a replacement velcro pad for a sander. The store does not carry it in stock...but an associate named Darious took the time to look up the part for us, and showed us how to go about ordering it. Various was over the top helpful and extremely courteous and respectful!
The Moultrie Harbor Freight store is TOP NOTCH!!!

Normally harbor freight is pretty good. I had one bad experience they double charged me and it took me almost a month to get my money back. Store isn't allowed to issue a refund directly via company policy and company policy says that if it's under $100 it'll take 6 to 8 weeks to get your money back. Very unacceptable. You have to raise a stink to get it back sooner.
