“We love the environment, the employees asking if we found everything, the ease to locate any item on our own. We had a young gentleman assist us with doorknobs (Caleb I believe) until it was time for us to clock out. Another young man assisted us in finding the appropriate doors for our home with no agitation or frustration. A young man also assisted us in looking for a refrigerator. Their attitudes and approach to their jobs were impressive compared to Home Depot. Compared to Home Depot, we will stick to Lowe's.”

“Returned items I didn't use for a project. And while there found air conditioning filters on sale which I needed so I bought them. The Cashier at returns desk handled both transactions for me. She was very helpful and happy person to speak to. Told me my new card was already activated and I didn't need to do anything to but use.”
