Appt window was 8am to 8am the next day managed to get there same day as pickup before 10pm. Showed up at 9:20pm, got a door at 10:28pm and was out at 11:50pm. They do allow onside parking with was a plus given I ran the clock down to 43mins worth of drive time.

I'm not giving them negative reviews because they informed me from the start that I would be here for an extended period because the load was not yet ready.

Check in at the shipping office, go back in the truck and wait for a phone call. It took me three hours to get loaded.
