We love the environment, the employees asking if we found everything, the ease to locate any item on our own. We had a young gentleman assist us with doorknobs (Caleb I believe) until it was time for us to clock out. Another young man assisted us in finding the appropriate doors for our home with no agitation or frustration. A young man also assisted us in looking for a refrigerator. Their attitudes and approach to their jobs were impressive compared to Home Depot. Compared to Home Depot, we will stick to Lowe's.

I used to frequent this store often, and i always got help from my favorite employee, Matthew in appliances who always took care of all my needs, and would call to follow up after my deliveries were delivered to my home, customer service I've never experienced once in a retail store! I go in to learn that not only he does not work there anymore, but the staff at the front desk who told me this laughed about it and joked about him not having a job!! This left me in poor taste, and I will not ever return to this location, or any Lowe's ever again due to this experience!!!!!

Excellent experience with a lumber order at Lowes Moultrie. A big shout to Melissa (cashier) and Rickie in millworks ( he went above and beyond to process my order, pull it and load it.) Thanks

The customer service at this lowes is top notch. I have been to Tifton and Valdosta and won't never go back to them.
Not only do they beat Home Depot's prices, but also are real friendly and personal.

Scheduled delivery for Saturday… “supervisor” decided to change for another day without notifying us of
Change. Didn’t know till we called the store questioning time. They “supervisor” needs to check customer service better.

They installed new carpet and a new kitchen in my fixer upper house and did a good job. I've been there for countless projects and have gotten good service. It's basically like other Lowes I've been to, which I like. Mikey Likey
