We went for breakfast this morning and waited for 2 hours(9am to 11am) for our food only for our order to still be wrong! It was frustrating!

By fat the worst McDonald's I ever been too. Your order is never correct. Bad customer service. Food is always cold and never fresh. And you go back all to think that they will do better next time. And it gets worst. Never going back.

The service provided was highly satisfactory. Each staff member demonstrated professionalism and exceptional courtesy. In particular, the bathroom attendant exhibited remarkable kindness. The culinary offerings were of impeccable quality. I wholeheartedly recommend this distinguished dining establishment to my esteemed colleagues and acquaintances.

Granted they try their best. But tonight I wanted the 2 cheeseburger meal with only ketchup. Got onions on both. I ate it for the simple fact, Other people are waiting for their food and simply not worth it. Fries are the only thing good anymore there.

Customer service was none existence. We spent approximately $80 and I had use the kiosk I believe this would have been more efficient and customer friendly to those that are not familiar with the kiosk do it yourself or you don't eat attitude and to top it off one employee was dropping the F bomb several times in front of the young children. We came in with 9 people in our group plus the other customers. The workers were very friendly, super helpful, and fairly quick considering how many customers there were... This was at 10:45 PM. One of the workers was even positive and uplifting with her co-workers...it was awesome to see such a positive environment these days! GREAT JOB

I sat in the drive thru behind a customer and watched two cars go through the other lane so luckily I was able to move over and after that everything was as expected love the Big Mac.

I ordered through the app and pulled up in the drive-thru. Process was seamless from start to finish, line went swiftly and food was exactly what I ordered. This restaurant has it ON for Online/App ordering (unlike other local "burger" joints who argue with you when they claim to not see your $3 hamburger App order and refuse to give you food which you've prepaid for)

Every time I go to this location, something is missing. You may as well ask them what they want to fix you to eat. They seem highly upset you picked this establishment as a place you'd want to eat. You'd think I'd learned my lesson and not go back but those crispy golden nuggets call my name from time to time. On my last order I didn't even receive my 10 piece and it was a delivery order. SAD FACE! I ordered coke and to my surprise I gulped down diet. I want all my calories if I'm paying for them. Try better McDonalds, Moultrie, GA
