An in-store customer service agent and her manager tried to replace my personal credit card info with the store manager's credit card info when they couldn't process a payment because their payment system was down again. Neither one of these people told me about this or even asked me if I was ok with this process, I just happened to over hear the store manager (Ann)giving some credit info that I realized was not my own and i noticed that the agent kept writing my personal credit card info on post-it notes and that she had taken a picture of my info on the pc screen with her personal cell phone. I told the agent not to do it/cancel the order since it had not gone through and i had been there over 20 minutes and couldn't figure out what was talking so long b/c the agent wasn't letting me know anything. This was my second time going to this location in 2 days, b/c yesterday they could not accept debit/credit payments or cash. And on top of all of this, the agents at the store kept saying it was my bank issued credit/debit card that was the issue and they kept asking for another form of payment, until their managers payment info didn't work as well. Then she tried to call another manager/owner to do the same thing, and they never once asked me if that was ok. I literally had to tell her no, as if they both aren't old enough to know they should not have done that w/o asking me first. I mean is a Walmart manager going to come out and use his/her credit card info if their payment system is down? Does At&t do that? what about Amazon? Hell no, no one/company does this type of thing b/c its wrong!

They sell u a phone that hardly works and I am regularly having to come in to try and get help and what do they do instead of swaping it out (yes I have insurance on it) they either try and make u pay an extra 50 dollars thats wasn't supposed to b charged or try and get you to buy another phone the one I just bought ain't even 3 months old I would give 0 stars but it won't let me

This T mobile is a nice store, it's a little small but they keep it clean. The girl who was working was nice too. I gave 2 stars because when I called on Saturday (4/3/22) asking about an upgrade; the person who answered told me they had the phone I wanted and that I would be able to come in Monday (4/5/21) and have it upgraded. They said they were open from 11:30 - 8:30 on Monday but when I went Monday the sign said they were open at 9:30. I don't know why they would lie about what time they were open when I called but they did. When I went into the store to get my phone the girl working there said they were sold out of the phone I wanted to upgrade to. I don't understand how they could lie to a customer about something as simple as a time opening or whether they have phones there or not but here we are.

The young Representatives that always wait on me is very knowledgeable there's nothing that I've been in there that she t fix for me I know I'm very giving it to technology but this young lady proved herself to be very patient and caring to my problems and she fixes it with a smile never grown about how many times I come in that I asked her to help me with something

There no way to rate less than 1 star, Google should have a ARE YOU SERIOUS rating. This is the most hooded wacked out place I have ever seen. We are sitting outside while our son went in to get his girlfriend a new phone. The guy in the picture was obviously not a customer, he was hovering around all the store customers with an unlit cigar in his mouth and about every 2 minutes he would shuffle back over to the front door and slip out to pick his bottle of beer in the paper bag and takes him a big swig, puts it back and then back in to hover some more. What kind of management lets this type of loitering go on in your store. Check him out though. Stay away from Metro PCS.

Worst service and the rep that helped me was so not helpful at all, couldn’t get any service at all with metro went back the next day to try to have the problem solved and the rep was rude and not helpful so basically wasted money on a phone and service plan that I never was able to use..... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY
