“My phone started malfunctioning several weeks ago, and I went to Verizon in Tifton where I live. What a joke. Ole gal was basically a mute and couldn't give me direct, simple answers. Prices kept changing. I just walked out, I wasn't about to get screwed with a $500 bill bill.Then my phone completely died, and I didn't have a choice but to get a new one. I drove to Moultrie, and what a difference!
A young gentlemen named, Ian greeted me at the door and answered all my questions. He was very inquisitive and knew his stuff. He didn't mumble around or try to hide anything. He was quick, got me my new phone, and set me up with a plan that fit me best. I was very happy with Ian and the Moultrie Verizon store. Another gentlemen also helped me and was very professional and helpful. I can't remember his name, but they all seemed to be very nice there. It was just a good vibe overall, great experience and I will be using them for my phone needs in the future.”
