Murphys use to be my go to store, but they duplicated our transactions three different times totalling about $60!!! Literally stole our money!! We called corporate and they was rude!! I would rather pay full price for my cigarettes and gas than to get ripped off!! I won't be back

I use to go to this location all the time when I lived in Moultrie but stopped by there this morning while in Moultrie and it was the worst visit I've ever had there. The employees were rude and unfriendly. They were to busy socializing with each other and worrying about what kind of chips 1 of them were going to eat. When I noticed what they had got for my order was wrong she wanted to argue about what I said. I don't think I will ever go back in this store which I always have used Murphy's for all my gas and other needs. They need to take lessons from the employees of the Thomasville location which is always friendly and trying to help with your needs.

Maybe both people should be doing they’re job instead of one on their phone while the other is on the register with the line backed up to the other door when there’s more than one register

Poor customer service paid for gas they said it timed out because I took over 3 minutes to start pumping. Then followed by saying, “it was refunded to my card”. Which it still has yet to be refunded. and the guy which I guess is the lead cashier said that, “I don’t want that pressure”. Which is correct I don’t want the pressure of being a cashier at murphys gas station. May god bring peace and understanding to the young mans heart. And bless him with a good attitude and a respectful way to respond to customers never will I be back to this gas station 3 people behind the desk and none doing they’re job

The gas is so over priced even when using your discount. The regular gas station in Coolidge is .20 cent cheaper and if you come on in to Thomas you can find some as low as 2.78 I filled my car up the other day couldn’t believe that Murphy’s has been ripping everyone OFF!

I do not visit here often because it is always excessively busy and hard to find a parking spot or to get in and out of the parking lot for that matter. Good coffee and customer service is fine.

Punctured the tire in my car from a pot hole in their driveway and they refused to pay for it. Claimed it's not their property. I went to the city and they said the driveway the pothole was in is their property. They later repaired it after too many people sought to claim damages.

This Store has Stunk like a broken sewer line over 6 mos, drink shelves not stocked and always have to go through beer cooler to get soda I want, check out line is always long, last night, 9 people behind me. 2nd register closed and other employee sweeping trash out of a non needed parking lot--oh yeah, that is the worst designed fuel dispensing entrance and outlet and interrupts parking for in store shopping. Other than that, nice price & Employees friendly,
