Went to this O’Reilly today to get some parts I ordered online. I was greeted but a new comer named Julius who tried assisting with my order. I ended up needing only 1 of the 3 ordered parts. I wanted to verify that I was returning the correct Oxygen Sensor so I asked the assistant manager Adam Rivera if this was the upstream sensor and he completely ignored me. My new hire Julius then ended up returning the part I needed which ended up costing me $50 extra dollars purchasing the part again when this information could’ve been verified by the assistant manager Adam, he was very rude and costed me from getting my medication due to being sick, I will never shop with this particular store again!!!! Worst service ever and I’m awaiting my call back from district manager William for a follow up, because this could have been easily avoided, if you don’t want to assist why are you an assistant manager.

Just had a great experience at this O’reillys. Jonas is awesome! He changed out a battery for me. He’s helpful, courteous and great at his job.
