They have horrible customer service. I ordered boneless wings and a brownie and I was missing a brownie from my order. When I called to speak with someone I was told by both Jacob and Katie that they didn't care and to simply stop ordering from there and to take my business elsewhere. Papa John's in Moultrie Ga is a horrible place! DO NOT GO THERE EVER IN YOUR LIFE! NEGATIVE ZERO STARS?⭐?

I couldn’t imagine a more depressing place to make pizza. But no one hangs out in a pizza shop so as far as the food… it is eatable. Nothing special or better than a store bought pizza.

This place went down hill quick wasn't clean at all. 4 guys standing outside one came in after a few minutes took my order then started making my food. I had to ask him to wash his hands. Other 3 came in and he didn't wash up and kept eyeballing me while standing so I couldn't watch them. $45 in the trash wasn't going to take a chance feeding my family that.

I ordered delivery from there but my food arrived 15 earlier than I wanted it and it was deliver by a Doordasher which I don't use. Very upset.

I ordered online and email confirmation stated 30 mins. My husband arrived 30 minutes later and still had to wait an hour! After waiting for an hour he was given the wrong order. I called the store and the lady stated she would have correct order delivered but, never took down my address. Very disappointing!

They will have you on hold for about 30 minutes every time they need to shut down they don’t want to work every time you call you always have to be put on hold and they never come back to the line

Called in order and was put on hold 15 minutes. Pizza was cold. Employees standing around, long hair no hairnets, no gloves. Unprofessionally managed establishment.

This is the first time ever ordering from Moultrie Papa John’s. I must say I was very disappointed in the food we received. We drove 20 minutes to the other side of Moultrie passed a Pizza Hut to get Papa John’s because they are supposed to be the best. Yet got home with the 2 large pizzas and breadsticks. The crust was literally burnt. My granddaughter could not even eat the breadsticks because they were so burnt. We did the best we could do with eating the pizza. But the rest had to be thrown away because the crust was so burnt. To say disappointed is an understatement. This is not what you would expect from a Papa John’s. Please do better. People are spending money with you. Hard earned money and expecting what Papa John’s claims to deliver. Well this time is the very first I have ever gotten from a Papa John’s and have been disappointed.

Twice in a row i've had mold in my pizza dipping sauce. Im pretty sure thats the same sauce they use to make there pizza. gross
