Called to see in my prescriptions where ready for pick up. Guess the lady at the other end of the line was having a bad day since I received no greeting or how can I help you today. So I stated my business and gave her the information she requested. She, in turn, in the most hateful tone informed me that they had just received the prescription(that may have been true) and it will be a couple hours then attempted to hang up as I was trying to ask what time they closed. The call ended like it began no please call again, thanks for choosing Publix Pharmacy or even have a good day. Some higher up needs to remind their hired help that they are being paid to preform a service. I'm a paying customer and in this day and time still means something. May I add I was in noway rude to this person. I greeted her with a friendly hello, then thanked her for her time and wished her a good rest of her day. So thankful this isn't the only Pharmacy in town

If you want a pharmacy that doesn’t know what they’re doing, this is the place to go. On numerous occasions they have made the comment that were backed up, even though being through the drive through numerous other times with the same comment.
I understand being backed up, because everyone gets backed up, but there is a time to get the medication done in a timely manner, especially when being there several times before on different days and given the same reason about being backed up. If they don’t know what they’re doing, then they need to get new pharmacists in there that know what they’re doing, and care about the customers service. They give the customers a bad attitude when the customer tries to talk to them, no wonder the ratings are so low…you give out a bad attitude to your customers, you get bad reviews in return!!!

Called once to see if my prescription was in stock, was told “we have it, come on by.” I showed up on the way home from work and was immediately told “no we don’t have it, you’ll have to wait til tomorrow, there’s a high demand.” I went back to my car and called to see whether or not they meant brand name or generic(because I forgot to ask initially) and was told “yes we have both, come on in.” When I went back inside I was greeted with a slightly different variation of runaround about “the pharmacist isn’t here so we have to wait until tomorrow” even though I was literally staring at the pharmacist who had just told me on the phone that they were in stock. I also had the pleasure of receiving a terrible attitude from whichever redhead works there about how “I CAN ONLY LOOK AT SO MUCH AND TELL YOU WHATEVER.” If that’s the case, how about give my prescription to someone else that knows what they’re doing. But it isn’t. I’m heavily tattooed and dressed in black(also in work boots from my 7-7 welding job) and couldn’t receive a medication I’ve been on for 10+ years due to discrimination. Luckily the deli manager was there to listen and help, otherwise the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to would have just gotten away scott free. Never felt the need to snitch before, but that pharmacy has absolutely SUCKED the 20 times I’ve been there over the past 3 years. It’s always something, and this just confirmed my suspicions. It’s funny the customer in front of me was picking up the same prescription while they were telling me to my face that they didn’t have it. I like Publix. That pharmacy needs an overhaul and personnel replacement. Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk.

Horrible HORRIBLE service. Rude team members. Took hours for prescriptions to be ready. This store needs to mandate customer service classes to the pharmacy employees.

There are so many negative experiences, it’s difficult to know where to start! Running out of life-sustaining medications for a special needs young adult should never happen, but it does! When kaitlyn is the one that gets your prescription, you can expect trouble and unfulfilled commitments. She’s immature, spiteful, and based on her behavior, doesn’t care about the needs of the people she is supposed to be serving. Inevitably, she will reap what she sows. People like her always do.

We are passing through, not locals to this area. I must say this store is spotless. Signage is well placed, had no trouble finding the items we needed. Cashier and bagger were super friendly and helpful. Well done Publix!

This is just for the pharmacy. When you've stood there long enough, someone will finally acknowledge your presence. Despite being the only one in line, you must wait until they're finished filling the prescriptions for all the labels they've printed from the latest batch before they can even think of asking you about yours. Patients who aren't there come first! Be prepared to wait!

If they don’t have the prescriptions you need, they don’t contact you. There is absolutely no communication with customers. I ordered a refill for my mother and the app showed it in progress for a while then I checked back later and they removed it from being filled.

This place really needs a manager. They tell me to pick my medicine up then when I get there they say they have to order it. It’s not right how toy with people about their medicine

Said wait 30 /45 and come back. I waited 45 and came back. She said it would be an additional 45 mins. This is every time we go. I'm done with Publix pharmacy. Save your time and money, go anywhere else!

My complaint is not about the actual store it’s self but the pharmacy. So Thursday my doctor sent over some prescriptions for me (mental health medication). I went 45 minutes later to pick it up wasnt ready..I was told it would be after 1 o’clock which was over two hours later..came back to pick up my meds only to be told the didn’t have it and had to order it that it would be the next day after three o’clock..I was unable to go yesterday so I went today to get it…only to be told they canceled it because insurance wouldn’t cover it. No one called me to notify me, nor did they send it back to my doctor …just canceled a mental health medication and left everyone in the dark. This is completely unacceptable. If I had been told Thursday insurance wasn’t covering it I could’ve had them send it back to the PA to dispute with my insurance. So now I get to wait until Monday morning to call my doctor and have him dispute the matter when it was literally as simple as someone picking up the phone and making a call to either me or the PA to inform someone. ESPECIALLY WITH IT BEING THE TYPE OF MEDICATION IT IS! The lack of consideration, and concern for the well being of the customers blows me away. A simple phone call was just to much for them to be bothered with…so now I get to go without my mental health medication because of the negligence of careless staff.

Well, my mother's vaccination card got misplaced so we stopped here to get a replacement. They checked their files, and gave it to her.Staff was very friendly and helpful, at least the pharmacy staff, we didn't really talk to others, and the store was beautifully organized and clean, and it looked very well stocked.

They don’t seem to know what they are doing and are not professional, they take forever to get the prescriptions ready and are not even friendly.
