Greeted immediately upon entering store. Well lit, clean and organized.Staff was knowledgeable about products I was wanting to purchase. Was treated with kindness and respect.

Every visit, every time, I’ve experienced nothing but the best service from the associates at store #2738. Dixie being top notch, among , I want to say Veronica and Johanna have been most helpful. Kudos to an amazing staff! Will definitely be continuing my business at that location.

Recently I purchased a combo set of clippers from Sallys, they said I couldn't return it in store due to Covid. I was instructed to reach out to the company brand: Andis, whom they assured would process my refund. I called the customer service number multiple times, only to get an operator stating she is sorry no one is there to pick up, to try again later? I had to contact them via email. They finally replied and said they couldn't issue me a refund because the set wasn't bought through them directly. So, Sally's lied. This set is extremely heavy; when you have multiple haircuts lined up, working with a heavy set can become intolerable! However, the real issue with the clippers is they became extremely hot 15 minutes into the cut! I had to apologize to my customer and refer him to finish his cut elsewhere. This set was not cheap and now it is costing me even more money!? Bottom line, I am extremely unhappy with this whole experience. I was denied a refund from both Sally's and Andis. I am totally disappointed and dissatisfied with this item and the lady at Sally's that recommended it to me. I want a refund!

Horrible at treating customers with respect. They don't want to help you find what you need... they won't even register you with a sally's card if you don't ask.
