I have used this store quite a few times and have always been assisted by a young woman Lily who always greets you with a smile and a very helpful spirit which makes the experience at this store which is immaculate all the better!

My experience at the UPS store was exceptional! The staff was incredibly helpful, greeting me with a smile as soon as I walked in. They quickly assisted me in finding the right shipping options for my package and provided helpful packing tips. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to navigate. I was especially impressed with the speed of service; I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The prices were very reasonable compared to other shipping services I've used. Overall, I felt valued as a customer, and I will definitely recommend this store to my friends and colleagues

Have always had good service with The UPS Store but the thing that bothers me most is when a business is said to be open from 7:30 am to 6 pm and closes early. I don't care if it is 1 minute until the business close don't close until the appointed time. I'm sure we all have been there when you are running into the store just a few minutes before the store closes, we all have done that. But, this was not the case, I was there 9-10 minutes before the store closed. I knocked on the door and stood there for at least 4-5 minutes and no one even came out to see what is needed. Surely, someone could have at least come to the door to see what the issue was. But nope, no one did. If you are going to close early, please state on the board that we are open from 7:30 am to 6 pm but close 15 minutes early. Would probably save someone some time.
