I don’t usually complain about public service, as I understand there are both good and bad experiences in that line of work. However, this particular issue has happened three times within a year.
The mail carrier has failed to do his job properly. Each time, the package could have easily been left at my door, yet instead, it was crammed into my mailbox, making it impossible to turn the key and retrieve it. The frustration of calling the post office—where no one picks up the phone—forces me to make an unnecessary trip there, just to speak with an unapologetic manager who responds with attitude.
Thankfully, my package wasn’t broken, but it was bent. Why does this keep happening? It’s time for a change!

My package was stuffed into my mailbox and bent them. I live in Moultrie ga. The postman that forced the package delivers here at 5th Ave southeast. Pissed.

I get packages rather often. Sadly most are not for me. It seems they don't know the difference between a 5 and a 6 on a street address. Come on DOGE improve our service.

The fact this place hasn't fired everyone there and hired new people is astounding. The customer service is awful. The people that work there are very rude. Moultrie...what is going on?? I'm 53 years old and never in my life have I been treated the way this place will treat you. They don't deliver packages like they should either. I try to be nice to everyone and even being nice here is met with aggression.

New mailman by sylvester drive is terrible. Lies on attempts to deliver. Won't deliver packages out of pure laziness. No dogs on property and still doesn't deliver. Leaves slips from previous days. I sure miss my old mailman. If you have mailman that takes pride in their job, I highly recommend to give him a thank you letter and a gift on the holidays. Not everyone is fortunate to have important packages delivered on time.

This location is by far the worst you are greeted with attitude and frustration, the staff walks around eating and ready for drama, and the Post Master is the absolute worst i see why the staff act as they do with her as an example. She has no professionalism or respect for others, immediately she gives a attitude and cut you off when speaking to her as she knows actually what you need before you can finish with your concerns. She will call the police for security to be even more disrespectful and racist toward her own race ? just sad

One of your drivers speed over a hill and then held his horn and then followed me to try and accuse me of being the issue. Someone with this type of road rage does not need to be driving.

The absolute worst postal service I have ever had to deal with. In the matter of 1 month, I have had a package where they placed the wrong key in my mail slot belonging to another tenant. I used to have a mail carrier who was stealing our mail that looked like a greeting card that had a gift card in it. That only stopped because I complained. This is not the first time I have had my packages incorrectly delivered. This is just happened so close together. I know nothing will be done about this post but wanted to voice my concern about the people we are dealing with.
