Melissa in the pharmacy is extremely helpful. She processed my refill request and made sure it was the correct brand name. She applied an insurance code and helped me with my card on file to pay for my prescription. She is very patient and kind also. The pharmacist, Dr. Caitlin, is always professional and takes care of things quickly and accurately. Answers all of my questions and is extremely knowledgeable and helpful with more complicated issues.

Have used Walgreens pharmacy for probably 15 years. The pharmacy staff is wonderful even though they appear to be short-staffed. Yesterday I left ER with 5 prescriptions to be filled. It was 5:46 when I gave them to the tech, not really expecting them to be filled by their 6:00 closing time. But they were! The pharmacist jumps through hoop to help the customers. Thankfully my husband got relief from kidney stone pain.

I enjoy browsing and shopping at this Walgreens. Sometimes the sale products are not available and I recognize that sometimes it is because of customers buying more and I understand. However, the store is clean, the employees are very helpful, the App works very well, and the Pharmacy staff is wonderful.

Poor customer service! Cashier literally stood there and lied in my face just because she didn’t know how to actually retrieve coupons instead of just calling a manage. Then she caught her attitude because I knew she was lying because I’m in retail instead of just apologizing when the manager brought up the coupons she was sitting there with attitude. This is not the first time with the same employee. I wish I would’ve asked her name but she’s the only one with curly radish type hair.

Good customer service. My photo order was ready when I arrived. The store is nice, clean, and organized. I recommend this store for ordering photo prints. They always have a deal online to recieve discounts on prints or photo gifts. They are always excellent quality and ready to be picked up when you arrive.

In this store this morning around 9:15 a m. The front store was nasty and hostile and also the store manager on duty. There are RUMORS circulating in Moultrie, Georgia about how nasty and rude the clerks are at this particular Walgreens.
