“Jesus looked at my air conditioner and diagnosed my car for free, he had no problems taking time out to take care of me. Unfortunately there was extra damage to my car however Ventura repaired my car by the next day! Their customer service is impeccable and they do great work. My AC is working fantastic, they sent me pictures and updated me throughout the process and showed me exactly where the damage was. I would definitely suggest going back, as a matter of fact I am taking one of my clients up there today!”
“From my first contact with the dealership via phone, until completion of the sale and driving off the lot, I was treated in a fair and friendly manner. Our Sale Associate, Matthew Armour, was incredible friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He was willing to allow us to view and drive several models without any pressure. I especially appreciated the opportunity to take test drives without the dealership forcing our sales associated to ride with us, allowing us to speak freely during the ride and contemplate the purchase. Upon selecting the vehicle we wanted to purchase, negotiations were quick and fair, and the time it took to complete the purchase was fast and easy. “We’ve been to Lowell Tires several times this past year to buy new tires for different family vehicles, and every experience has been great. Their prices are impressively reasonable—always much lower than quotes we got from other local shops. When tires had to be ordered, they somehow had them ready by the next day (pretty sure they have tire magic back there). Service is quick, the staff is knowledgeable, friendly and professional, and the whole process is refreshingly easy. We highly recommend them—and our cars definitely agree!”

“Amazing service! I was on my way to Tennessee for a family reunion, and my engine started overheating. I was lucky enough to have broken down close to these guys. Even though they were booked up for the day, Christopher took the time to take a look at my car. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and within 10 minutes had me back on the road. Kind, friendly service. Highly recommend!”

“Rarely will you find a body shop as courteous and professional. We had a modest fender bender and, after getting all the OKs from the insurance company, took note of two recommendations from people whom we trust...and came to Casey. He could not have been more courteous...and as savvy as they come when dealing with insurance claims. Due to an additional find once the bumper came off (which Casey predicted might be the case), a supplemental communique was sent to the insurance company. No issues so far. We will have to bring the car back to Casey when the part (back ordered) arrives. It will be a pleasure having another experience with Casey and his team.”
“Very honest and friendly. I took my car in to get the alternator replaced, and they informed me it was just a loose battery cable and did not even charge me for their time. Their shop might not be new and fancy but I am very pleased with my experience. They were very respectful to me. They did not treat me like an idiot like some mechanics. It is great to find a honest mechanic!!”

“I had just bought a vehicle that had lots of issues that I did not know about before buying. Even the Subaru dealership couldn’t/wouldn’t identify the problem for me, instead they told me I needed to replace my whole engine. I brought it here and not only did they find the problem for me but they also told the truth and didn’t try to get more money out of me and told me I did NOT need my engine replaced. I live an hour away and bring my car here just for an oil change because it is definitely worth it. Very good business and would recommend 1000 times over again!”
“I took my car in for repairs and they fixed what they thought was the problem. However, what they fixed did not solve the issue. I took the car back for what I had explained and thought the issue was and this time they agreed. Under warranty the problem was resolved and then they agreed to refund the cost of the first repair!! I can not say enough about how well Westley Langston listened to me and then reviewed what had happened, and then agreed that I should not be charged for the first repair. 5 stars for Hayes Cheverlot in Alto, GA.”
“They rebuilt the axels in my 97 f150 and put 4.88 ring and pinion and got it done pretty quick and a few weeks after I had a small leak and he told me to bring it back and he installed a new seal and didn’t charge me they are honest people and do good work the only shop I trust and I would recommend them to anyoneService: Steering & suspension repair”
“If I could give this place 10 stars I would. On my way to TN from FL my 2013 Kia Soul broke down on the highway late at night. The state police called them to tow my car. My anxiety was extremly high and when they got to me I knew I was going to be OK. He towed my car to their lot then took me to the hotel I picked for the remainder of the night. After the estimate was approved I had my car back and was back on the road later that afternoon. They even came to my hotel to pick me up and bring me to my car. I really appreciate everyone I had contact with so very much. I was so scared that night being alone, on the side of the road, not familiar where I was, being a female and hearing all the horror stories that happen to us. Then this guy show up and treats me so very well and made sure I was safe. Then to fix my car quickly like that was amazing. They gave me a very fair price. I wish there was something I could do for you all, that is how much I appreciate you! If you ever need a tow or your car fixed THIS IS THE PLACE!!”

“I needed to find the correct firing order for a 1990 Ford F150 and called several automotive shops, parts store and Ford dealerships automotive departments and none could help me find that information. I knew Cap'n Auto Parts has been in business for at least 43 years I have lived here, and I figured he would have the old Chilton manuals at the store and I was right, Lawrence the owner was extremely helpful in finding the correct manual and even helped locate the information I needed. I was able to take a picture of the pages needed. Thanks to him we were able to quickly finish the job correctly. Thank you Lawrence for all your help, it's people like you that make me thankful I moved here many many years ago.”

“Recently got a exhaust put on here for my truck, I don’t live in the Cornelia area but I figured I would give them a try and I gotta say Luis and his crew are amazing people, super nice guys and recommend me a good sounding muffler plus the price was really nice compared to other exhaust shops in my town. Definitely will be back for any of my exhaust needs and will recommend them to others. I took my truck to my mechanic the same day for some other miscellaneous repairs and he said the welds on the exhaust were amazing and better than his welds, Luis is a heck of a welder.”
