Highly recommend this storage facility. Since down sizing we’ve gotten a storage unit here 2 years ago. We’ve had nothing but great experiences with them. Sara has been wonderful and always worked with us and been very polite.

We have used the Freeup Storage for 7+ years. The personnel turnover has been problematic, however Sara has performed in outstanding manner and it is hoped that she will be at the Murrayville location for many years. Sara was very helpful when I had difficulty setting up my automatic payments from my bank.
Please leave Sara at Murrayville. I have many friends that utilize your storage facility and I have not heard a single negative comment about the service provided by Sara..

freeUp is a great storage option. It’s easy to set up and if you have any problems, it’s easy to contact Customer Service to get it resolved. customer Service is amazing. They’re nice they’re kind and they are very proactive in resolving issues.

Prices increased 2 times in 1 year.........Just closed out our unit today!!!! We moved on to cheaper prices I mean really a unit is a unit its not like they are that different anywhere else. It is basically a room with a lock and security and a gate......We never developed a relationship with anyone inside we were there for storage only
