“I had a small package with over $200 of purchased items never show up. I called the Clermont Post Office, and they found it within a day! When I made the online purchase, I had put my address in wrong. ??♀️??♀️ I don’t know how they figured out where the package was, but I do know they went out of their way to help me. And they were very gracious when we realized I had sent the package to the wrong address.”

I want to give a huge thank you for the kindness I was shown by the staff, and for their help and quick reaction to call me an ambulance when I started hemorrhaging from my chest 😅
It happened so fast, and so unexpectedly. It was one of the scariest things that’s ever happened to me, and I could not have helped myself if I had been alone when it happened. Everyone’s calmness and kindness helped me to feel calm and safe. I appreciate you all so much! I’ll try to bring you all in some cookies or something, when I’m all healed up!”

“Year 2019 February is presidents day on a Monday. Federal agencies can choose to not be open on that day. The county marshall was working that day. Sometimes not even schools or the banks are open on presidents day. This post office had everything I needed the next day after presidents day.”
“I had a package that was supposed to come to Ellijay that had a bad barcode and was stuck in a looping situation from Atlanta to this location 4 times. I put in a missing mail request but it was still looping. I called this morning and spoke to a carrier at this location who took the time to locate the package for me and is sending it to the Ellijay office. I so appreciate her taking the time to do that for me and giving me options on how to get my package.”
“My experience with this office was very pleasant. My phone call was answered swiftly (10:49am) and the USPS representative that answered "Bernie" could not have been nicer or more helpful. She took a lot of time out of her already busy day to help me resolve an issue with a shipment delivered to the wrong address. She also placed a follow up call to me regarding the shipment as more information about the tracking became available. Thank you Bernie, you were wonderful!”
