The tomato house is owned and operated by my husband and his family. You will not meet another family who works as hard as the Grindles! They strive to provide the best meat, produce, beer, wine, and specialty canned goods. From local wine to the wall of hot sauces our store is worth your business!

Really good things that you may not find elsewhere but the attitude from the cashier was enough to make you not want to go back ever. I thought it was only with us but reading some of the other reviews it seems it's a common occurrence with the short hair stubby cashier.

The people are sweet, they have basically everything you could imagine. The deli is full of different meats, they have shrimp, lobster, briskets, hams, steaks, and a bunch others, I come here 24/7 and there is nothing to complain about it’s just a all in all good place. There is a gift shop part and small store on the other half of the store. During Christmas they have fresh cut Christmas trees, and during Halloween they have corn maze parts, pumpkins, about everything you need. No I’m not getting paid to say this but it’s just a down home type store

This place is awesome! We accidentally found it on our way back from a trip to Helen, GA. We could have spent hours there just looking around.

Great setup. A grocery store with tons of anything and everything. Then there is a store with something for everyone in the middle and if that wasn't enough a Giant selection of outdoor/ backyard goodies. Service was excellent.

Just visited the grocery section of Tomato House and was really impressed by the variety of canned, small batch and retro food items for sale. Stopped in because my husband wanted an RC Cola and a Moon Pie on a little road trip and we thought this place looked like the ticket. We were right! There are so many canned goods in here… Jams and jellies, pickled veggies like okra and peppers, hot sauces, a variety of syrups, specially prepared seasoning blends. A cooler with a bunch of awesome local sodas and beverages. So many locally made, small batch items I was kind of astonished! And if you need to get all your groceries, not just specialty items, it is a full service grocery store with a freezer section, deli etc- whatever you need.In addition to the Moon Pie and RC Cola, we left with a bag of Mallo cups, a jar of candied jalapeños, a box of stick candy like you ate at your grandma’s house, a bottle of lavender lemonade, some black cherry soda, and a big cup of freshly boiled peanuts with a bag for the shells!

This is an amazing store! They have produce and all different kinds of spices. They have hard to find elsewhere items. They have many many different types of home canned goods. Also an amazing meat /deli section. If that isn't enough, they also have a gift store with various types of fudge, as well as seasonal plants. If you need plants or decorations for your yard check them out.The people who work here are helpful and friendly. It's a wonderful local store.

Awesome selection of farm fresh produce. Lots of unique varieties and super affordable too! We purchased some heirloom tomatoes, grapefruit, red okra, green tint squash, striped eggplants, rainbow carrots, green zebra tomatoes, white cucumber and purple bell peppers. There’s also an array of canned goods within the store, jams, salsa, Amish butter, and a deli/meats counter too!Definitely worth a visit if you find yourself near the area.

By far, the best farm stand I have ever been to. The peaches were twice the size of what I've been able to get at the supermarket this year. They have a huge selection of brands and products, lots of decor, and we enjoyed a delicious sandwich from the deli counter. Not stingy on the meat, and like all of their products, reasonably priced. Highly recommend stopping in. You won't be disappointed.
