The manager was outstanding, Trevor was his name I believe. He answered all my questions in a professional manner but connected on a personal level. Other managers within storage can be often be off putting and condescending , Trevor was by far one of the best I have come across. I will be using this storage facility for the future and recommend it to business associates.”
“Gold City Rental was absolutely wonderful! When I submitted an inquiry via email, they responded very quickly despite it being after hours. I received an email the day before I was to pick up the truck that was sending me to a different UHAUL location (which is not what I wanted). Gold City Rental went out of their way AGAIN by acquiring the truck I needed, driving an hour each way, in order to ensure I got what I needed. The truck was clean and the equipment I requested was neatly organized in the back. I HIGHLY recommend using Gold City Rental! Ten out of Ten!”

“The truck was ready when we dropped by to pick it up. The lady assisting us was also very friendly and helpful. The truck was very clean. I would recommend reserving a truck ahead of time. The truck we wanted was not available, so Uhaul upgraded us to the next larger truck for the same price, since we had reserved it in advance.”
“Truck cost $80. When I returned it I see a charge on my account for $660!!! Dude said the manager needed to look into it and it would take 24-48 hours to resolve but I never heard back. Called customer service and they fixed in two seconds because the problem was obvious. They fat fingered my mileage. Be careful with this location.
*Update: They helped resolve the issue that I had, and even helped me move my items into another storage unit when my was faulty. The manager here is solid.”

“Well I've gotta say, I rented online and knew the terms of our agreement and they were fulfilled easily. It was a smooth little exchange and a smooth return of a 5x8 trailer. This is kind of a quintessential lake shack of a place, and I'm not sure that they'd want it any other way. I've seen hundreds of U-Haul facilities and none quite like this to say the least.”
